The workout was doable, but I wish they would play more music to motivate people. They should add another trainer; there were about 20 people with only one coach. When lifting weights, it's crucial to make sure you are using the proper form. Adding another coach will allow people to have more 1:1 attention when needed. I have taken class many times and I always check in on the app before class starts. Today I looked at my app right before class started to make sure I go to the correct treadmill. I went in and started my workout. A minute later an employee came over stopped my workout and said I "needed to leave because I did not check in". I could have sworn I checked in, when I looked at the app right before class to check my treadmill spot it did not say I needed to check in or see anyone at the desk. I cannot believe they would kick someone out who prepaid and booked a week in advance to give it to someone that just walked in. I bought a month of 30 classes for $475 to be kicked out because I did not tap a button on my app just to have the class given to someone who did not even sign up for class! I was outraged and doubt I ever go back to that location. What should have happened is they should have told me I must have forgot to check in and in the future make sure I do that. Then they should have told the person who DID NOT sign up for class that "We apologize the person in class forgot to check in and there is actually not a spot available". People who just show up without a reservation know the risk that a spot may not be available.
