When the first rain came, within a few days of the tank being installed, there was a 18" trench around the entire tank. Called Chad and was told he would make the situation right, since he was out of town when his crew did the install. Never showed up, and took multiple calls, texts and emails before I finally received a response. "We filled in around the tank after installing the tank. What happens after we leave we are not responsible for". Have had 2 other tanks installed for homes I have built in NC, but the company that did the work took the time and effort to do it properly and I never had the problems I did with the tank ASAP installed.

Day prior, someone called to confirm and told me to have cash. I pulled it out the cash that morning. When the technician called ( we'll after the discussed time) 8-12, He stated it was $300. He arrives around 1:30. At this time, he immediately asks if I was with a certain company for sewer service. I said I am not sure, as I only deal with the water company. He said we'll your pump isn't working and they need to handle this. I was like wow..ok. guess I dodged a bullet. He said we'll I still need a service fee. I'm ok. Sure gas and all. How much? Mind you he did NOTHING...just drove here, got out looked at the box on the wall and left. He said $175 WHAT?? Mind you the entire service was $300. He took $180 gave me no change and wrote a receipt for $175. Ok it's just $5 but that's just being dishonest. I called the office to get clarity, Mind you Noone mentioned a service charge..not once. I spoke to 3 people and Noone mentioned it. I understand compensation for time, but man that's ALOT. The worse part for me was the rude woman that had a horrible attitude with me. As promised I am speaking out about my experience and the rude and unprofessional way I was treated. I wonder how many people they do this too?? In the end I was serviced by the right company and didn't have to pay them anything else. Yes I should have known that it is a free service provided, but air didn't.
