Called for installation and the engineer arrived, hooked up…read morehis equipment to the tv aerial and checked his box and said that the certain digital channels that I named weren't transmitting locally and that the MUXES on my tv equipment were interfering with the TV signal (only the latter part is true), so he re-routed the cables. Only when he left..... I called Digital UK, who said that the digital channels WERE transmitting locally and to re-tune my tv, which I did.... and they then appeared on screen. Bunch of cowboys and refused to put me through to the head of the company when I complained. Luckily I paid by card, so called the bank to force a chargeback. Beware of this lot...... once they have your money (cash) and something goes wrong, you'd stand a better chance of winning the lottery than ever seeing your money again. You've been warned.... BEWARE!!!!

These guys where going round factored buildings touting for business fitting communal sky dishes…read morefor residents & removing the old ones. The residents did not have much if a say as we needed something like a 70% objection for the work not to proceed. The issues that l had with these guys where when they where laying the cables for the sky dishes they had secured the cable ties to the drain pipes at the top of the building then dislodging the pipe, so every time it rained any resident that was entering or exerting the building got soaked as the pipe was above the main door of the building. The company wasn't responsible or man enough to own up to their mistakes, leaving the residents several hundred pounds out of pocket. Sheer utter cowboys who act in a childlike manner.
