St Peter's Maternity is a lovely little Maternity unit in Shepton Mallet Somerset. This is where I…read moreattended all my appointment with the midwife and eventually had my daughter. The staff team is small which means you become familiar with all the members of staff. I really liked this, as it was not overwhelming like big wards. The ward is well equipped but any labours that are likely to be complicated or result in caesarean sections will not be possible at St Peters they just deal with natural births. There are a few rooms on the ward for new mums to stay with there babies after birth. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days after having my daughter as I caught a fever and was unwell. The ward is clean and tidy. There are actual separate rooms for the patients rather then cubical.

I booked Louise's combination package and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to…read moreexplore different therapy methods. It's awesome value and allows you to find out what works best for you and then go from there. From the outset, Louise's approach was reassuringly thorough and professional, but above all else, caring. Louise really does work on "mind, body and soul" in concert and I have found the results impressive after my first 3 sessions: there is a significant reduction in my anxiety, I feel more resilient and able to cope with stress and I'm enjoying an overall sense of improved physical and mental wellness. If you've found that "talking therapies" never have enough of an impact, I urge you to book with Louise. She's given me practical support and some things I can do proactively myself that make a difference every day. The Havening Techniques which were a mystery to me before my first session have proved the most beneficial. I found the experience emotional but fascinating and beautifully comforting. I'm looking forward to doing more.

She has been under the care of Mental Health services on and off since she was 18. She hadn't and wouldn't take any medication.. Since she has been at the Wellesley we can see she is more controlled than she has been for years. It is early days yet but we are elated because of how she is. When we ring to enquire the Staff are wonderful to speak to. We are having so much information about her. My sister is so pleased because she thought because of her state of mind she would be found dead in a ditch as no one could contain her. It's early days still but we can see some light at the end of the tunnel, that eventually she may be able to live in harmony with other people again. Well done Wellesley and Thank you. Xx
