If I could give them 0-stars I would. Since they have switched owners it has been one thing after another! I own 4 diesels and a GMC Denali. F-Bomb has work on all of them. The new owner Brandon has ZERO customer service/people skills and has been a very short/tech jargon speaking - take it or leave it jerk every time I've had to deal with him. What's bad is I have been a HUGE fan of their shop for many years until he bought the place. I tried to explain to him today how I didn't agree with his assessment of my truck (he said it needs a new engine $18k!!) due to I took it to two other diesel shops and they didn't agree with his assessment. He wouldn't let me talk and belittled me with "I've done this for many years" and a SO WHAT attitude. I picked up my truck from his shop with no oil or antifreeze in it and the other shop BELDONS AUTOMOTIVE was very surprised that f-Bomb sent it home with me like that or even telling me it didn't have any fluids. Front CSR is great , other mechanics I'm sure they are ok, but the owner Brandon is an arrogant kid. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! My truck just needed new thermostats. Running fine now. read more
