At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

Michael spent several hours performing a dry wash, paint correction, and finally applying a 5-year ceramic coat. Given the age of the paint and potential sensitive areas, Michael navigated the variances with care and expertise. While there are countless detailers out there, finding someone who can handle vintage cars with extra care is an exclusive group, especially someone who is also personable and easy going.
