Sketchy! When he got my luggage out, I saw his face and it was not even the person Lyft advertised. On top of that he didn't even speak English at all and barely knew how to drive. There was no way to communicate. Trying to contact Lyft a joke. They just keep passing you off to another agent. None of the issues I brought up have been addressed. Worst customer service ever!
