They are great help when opening or changing my accounts up, I never feel rushed or confused. The few, small issues I've had with my money or accounts have always been handled so well and they stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good about this bank!

Regions Bank is NOT a bank you want to do business with. I have never bounced a check, have never…read morebeen late on a credit card payment, have never "kited" funds and consistently have had money in my regions savings account and what do I get? A notice saying that Regions is closing my account. Just to pour salt on the wound, after trying to find out WHY they are closing my account, the answer I get is "We don't have to give you a reason. We have the right to close your account and we do not have to have a reason or provide you a reason." And yes, it's probably in the fine print of their contract that they can do it. As a wise person once said, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should." I guess Regions is too big to learn that lesson. Worse yet, Regions' centralized customer support told me it's a local branch decision and the local branch bank told me they have no idea why Regions closed my account. I actually thought they had me mistaken for someone else - but after days of chasing this, that doesn't seem to be the case. Now this may seem like, "So, big deal. Just open an account elsewhere." But it is a big deal. I now have to move my automatically deposited checks to another account. For all of my credit cards, which I pay via my checking account, those also have to be moved. Also, by Regions closing my account, it may affect my credit score (which currently is well over 800). Honestly, I have no idea WHY Regions closed my account, but I can tell you this - I would never recommend them for any type of banking. Another big company whose marketing ads don't match their actions and whose arrogance will eventually cost them. So bank where you will but I highly recommend it NOT EVER be REGIONS BANK!

I don't have an account at this bank, but unlike the *other* bank I just reviewed, this bank was…read morewilling to make change for a $50 bill. Sounds so basic, right? Yes, it is, until you encounter a bank like 5th/3rd Bank located in the same shopping plaza that was unwilling to break a $50 unless I had an account (and ID!!) for the cash-for-cash 30 second transaction. So, 5 stars to this bank that made change without asking me for account information and just being a bank that knows how to be a bank. If I was staying in the area I'd seriously consider banking with this branch because they are low key and hospitable and seem to value the clients that walk in the door.
