The fees are low and they're very versatile on what they have to offer. They do mortgages, banking, investments. They handle new construction loans, existing mortgages, personal loans, car loans. They're quick and easy to work with. The staff is very consistent and some of the staff have been there more than 30 years so they know what they're doing and they love what they do. The new remodel in their old building is so beautiful but looks aren't everything. It's the whole package that makes the bank so awesome. They're always helpful because I always seem to have little issues, like creating an online account to not knowing my bank account number. I've gone inside the lobby and also through the drive through. Some people may think that it's less personal because you don't actually see a teller in a window, but you do end up seeing them on a little screen so it's just like they're right there! In fact, they make it seem like they're right there with you! The lobby is always clean and neat and welcoming! I really do enjoy coming here.
