I was buying a home in the area from across the country, so I was seriously nervous and stressed. I had worked with Lenders before, and expected a drab, transactional, sometimes stressful process. What I got instead was Julie Yoder. Julie was constantly positive and supportive. She was super responsive, often getting back to me within hours of reaching out. She ran multiple scenarios to ensure I used the loan product that got me the best rates. She then looked over my credit report and helped identify ways to up my score so my rate could get even better. Who does that? Julie has been at this for years, so she easily answered all my questions to my satisfaction (sometimes multiple times because I would forget the answer), and always with a great attitude. I don't recall ever enjoying a lending process, until now. Julie Yoder will be my lender for life. I bet if you work with her, she'll be yours for life too.
