After several months we finally heard back from the short sale lender and gave us little to no time to perform inspections and repairs. In combination with a VA loan on my side, it was a nightmare. Cristi started making calls, making plans and getting EVERYTHING done in a very very short window. She showed up one day and helped get it done, including getting a concrete wall painted! During the time of the most stress, he assured us with his confidence (not the vain empty conceited confidence, but one founded on years of experience and knowledge). He assured us that we can trust him to get this house sold quickly. He got us through, and we got offers. On the house with a few big challenges, termites, roof rpl and rotten wood..., he still managed multiple offers including the one offering 150k over our asking price. When we had to travel out of state in search of our new residence he willingly offered us to watch over our property. He even took care of our plants while we were gone. When we needed something to be notarised, he was right there and squeezed us in. During this process we definitely feel like our relationship became deeper. He came through for us again and again.
