He had a very confident take on our house and made a normally stressful process feel very calm and well-handled.

My old review is from 2011, This is 2020 and a lot has happened recently…read more Lets start with this: David always follows COVID guidelines and wears a mask. I have a bunch of contractors and other workers coming to our home and that is not always the case with them. David is still my go-to Realtor and I would recommend him to anyone. I have spent the last several years calling him in occasion with pie in the sky questions about certain properties in our ever-changing market, or just to shoot the breeze about real-estate, one of my favorite subjects. We have discussed how easy, or not easy, our current home might be, to sell, if we needed to. We have virtually sold it, in our minds, maybe 3-4 times in the past 10 years. He always humored me. Meantime, I have been promising my wife and son we would create a remodeled, vaulted ceiling palace on our property, where a modest 1972 stick frame house currently sits. Since we never seemed to find the right home to buy, we almost pulled the trigger and spent much (probably too much) $$ on this home remodel to make it happen, and it would have been over a torturous projected 2-year period of Covid delays, additional plans, approvals, etc. Meantime, I kept bugging David, keeping my real estate ear to the ground. I found a place that looked perfect. Showed it to him online, he asked his usual questions, I countered with my "Frazer Research™" I had already done, (did you drive by? is the commute OK? --we timed it-- is the street too busy or noisy?) and after that, he was intrigued as I was. Once our contract kicked in, it had it's challenges. In this case, the seller's Realtor, David, and our Mortgage lender all had some interesting "firsts" that we all have never experienced before: strange issues, unusual requests from the lender and hiccups that had us all scratching our heads, furious, or feeling very concerned. David was the steady glue that held it together. He also had an arsenal of experts in various fields I could call and hire, in case I wanted a second opinion on an inspection, for instance. In a busy market, he could get them on a moment's notice. Now...today we just closed on the home of our dreams!!! If it had been anyone else helping us with this purchase, I am not confident the outcome would have been the same. Looking forward to him selling our current home, so we can wrap up that chapter in our lives. Thank you Mr. Frazer!

Dave Frazer is hands-down the most excellent realtor out there! He gives 1000% to his clients and…read moretruly goes above and beyond in every way. When it came time to sell my house, Dave exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did he handle the sale with professionalism and care, but he also rolled up his sleeves and took on projects at the property himself to get it ready for the market. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, my rental property sold for well over asking! I honestly don't know of any other realtor who goes to the lengths that Dave does to make sure his clients get top dollar. His communication is outstanding, and he's genuinely enthusiastic and driven to get the best results. If you're looking for someone who's all in--Dave is your guy. Dave's the best!!

I worked with Connie to buy a condo in San Jose. I was not happy with my experience with her and…read morewould not recommend her or work with her again. I met her during the open house she hosted. She told me the chances of getting the property were higher if I went with her. So, naturally, I did. A smaller issue I had while working with her was that she likes to talk on the phone. Too much. A quick email or text update would suffice. Now, there are even voice messages you can leave without talking to the person. This is an issue because it is hard for me to take a phone call at work but I can look at my phone and read a message. I feel that she likes to talk because she is a "fast talker" so you're hearing what is going on and how she's trying to spin it. In writing, like over email, it would be harder for her to do that. It quickly became clear to me that she did not have my best interests in mind. She wanted to sell the property even if it meant screwing me. She kept telling me not to "look at the little things that were damaged" which was fine. I was willing to overlook small issues but there was a bigger issue she did not try and help me figure out: the A/C unit. I wanted to have it inspected before purchasing the property. She fast talked and weasled her way out of doing it saying I will have a home warranty and that should be enough. That means, I am left with the expense instead of the seller. The absolute biggest issue was we didn't have a final walk through. So, I signed the papers thus officially buying the property. HOWEVER, the seller was still in the unit. She did not leave for two days. When I asked Connie about it, she said she had told the seller the deal might not go through and so the seller didn't move out. Connie did not pay me rent or ask the seller to pay me rent for the two days she occupied my property. The seller left the property with some damage, small, but still. Ultimately, Connie wanted a paycheck. She wanted to sell the property and knows Bay Area properties will sell no matter how shady the realtor. During my time looking for properties, I met a lot of realtors who seemed honest, spoke to me slowly and clearly (I'm a first time home buyer). They gave me tips, resources, and I wasn't even their client. Connie made a sweet commission since she didn't have to split it. The least she could have done was make sure the A/C unit was working properly and the seller was out when she was supposed to be out. I found Connie to be unethical and untrustworthy. I know not everyone has this experience (after all, the seller was happy. she got a good price on her place and left the repairs to the buyer) but I'm sure you can find a better realtor out there.

Our search area was quite large (anywhere from Santa Rosa to Carmel) and Tammie was helping us in the Morgan Hill and surrounding area. After meeting with her the first time we just immediately clicked. We appreciated her honesty and directness. We liked her so much we asked her if she would be willing to help in our search anywhere in the bay area. As it turned out we ended up putting an offer on and purchasing a home in Livermore with Tammie's expert help and guidance. She has a thorough understanding and extensive experience in the real estate business. Not only did we feel like our real estate needs and interests were in expert hands she was also just fun to work with. Her calm and reassuring manner made what is typically a very stressful situation so much easier. I was almost sorry we found a house so quickly since it meant we wouldn't get to spend time with her anymore! I would use Tammie again for any real estate transaction and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and hard working Realtor.

Before meeting Tammie for the first time, my wife and I visited and eventually bought a new home in Gilroy. I initially cancelled on Tammie, but then requested her help to quickly get a feel for the Gilroy real estate market. Tammie met with my wife and I on incredibly short notice and showed us some wonderful homes within our budget. It made the decision to ultimately go with the new home very difficult, but it also made the final decision feel more thought-out given our time spent with Tammie. Throughout the entire process Tammie's professional nature combined with an understanding and empathetic demeanor was apparent. I strongly recommend you contact Tammie if you are looking for a home. You will not be disappointed. I contacted her initially through the email address on Yelp. She was quick to respond to my initial email and those that followed.
