My overall experience was wonderful. Westgate is a beautiful-all inclusive resort. It's close to Disney World. My only concern was the taxes charged by staff at Westgate. Fortunately, Ivy assured me that she can assist with getting the additional taxes refunded to me in the form of reduce charge for my next trip. Ivy is an awesome representative for EZ travel. It was a nice experience with the hotel in Mazatlan, Mexico. The certificate is for off season. The resort is NON-all inclusive but the people was ultra helpful. There is a bus to go back and forward to the city in front of the hotel. There was not business center. The spa only works from 10-5pm. Beach was beautiful and it was full withe Mexicans. Because it is not inclusive then people do not drink much. Swimming pool was remodeled but water was still call. Beautiful views and sunset. read more

It was very easy to book with Ivy, she was amazing and patient and answered many questions for our vacation and we were happy that we got to save money going to such a beautiful destination. Where went in Austria was absolutely gorgeous and just a lovely place to visit for a week! So many places to visit nearby from castles to Ice caves to locations from Sound of Music , Salzburg, Hallstatt, Innsbruck, Munich and Neuschanstein are all within driving range! read more

Do not give these liars any money. This place is a scam and there is no way of getting a hold of anyone. You dont get any vacation package. Hang up the phone as fast as you can. I only gave the 1 star rating so I could post this message. Believe me they dont deserve anything except a trip to their local jail.
