Went to sell some tools, waited for 30 mins while some customers behind me was being taken care of. Low balled me 50 dollars for my brand new tools . Seen the same idem in the store for $150 . Terrible place to try to get extra money for rent . Very unprofessional, rude , disrespectful. Would recommend this place at all. read more

This was the absolute WORST experience. This location is poorly run and messy. Lashawn, who was getting off work and clearly didn't want to be there, opened up another line with attitude and rudeness instead of leaving the store with her attitude or adjusting herself. Didn't even take the time to look at my items, very condescending with her responses to questions. Worst customer service I've experienced from a pawn shop. The trip was a waste of time, very disappointing. If you want decent service, go elsewhere. Don't waste your gas coming here. read more

Terrible customer service, specifically Lashawn. I had to wait for about 10 mins which isn't that bad but it was the rude and condescending nature that I was met with when I was finally serviced. I wasn't greeted with hi or hello, just a demanding and rude tone asking what I wanted to do with my item. As someone who works in customer service this is not how you handle customers read more

The manager was very polite and professional. We were able meet our household needs without feeling degraded or hopeless. Thanks to the manager (Erin) we left encouraged. Kudos to the entire staff. I definitely recommend this place. read more

So,...I stopped in the store on a Tuesday evening around 6:00 pm; put down $40.33 on a camera lens, returned the next day at 10:30 am with my camera to make sure the lens would fit and low and behold, it did NOT fit. I asked for a refund and was told, "no cigar!" The manager was there working but told me,."I'm not even suppose to be here, can someone else help you? When does a Manager ever tell a customer, "I can't help you?" If you can't help, then you shouldn't be in the customers view. Additionally, the store is always crowded when I go there so be prepared to wait for service. read more

Bought a pair of Beats headphones and a warranty. The headphone cord broke the same day. I took the beats back to ezpawn the next day to use my warranty. All of a sudden I can't use the warranty because its physical damage smh. I wish the manager said that before I wasted 85 bucks. Plus they were extreme rude and dismissive. The farm stand is in a pair of buildings at this time and they have enough room to expand when more vegetables are harvested. We were not here earlier in the year when the greenhouse does business. There is also a U-Pick section, but we did not try that. We thought it funny when we came to the unshucked corn that there were a few signs warning us to not peel back the husk to look at the corn. We followed the rules and trusted in the product, and we were pleasantly surprised. When we cooked it up later, the corn was perfect and tasty. So even though we did not have the fun of peeling the husks, the corn was VG. We will be back.
