Gave it three stars because it should have been communicated at the time of booking that you could…read morenot bring another person along for the drivers test and was told I would have to stand outside and wait from my own car, which was very rude. Please communicate that when people call to book appointments, that other people can't come along. My husband's trainer Ashley did her job and we are thankful for that, mission accomplished. We are very happy. Other than the communication error, very good service, pricing is very affordable too.

TO BE VERY CLEAR: i failed my test twice, once on the road portion and the second on the parking…read moreportion. The problems i have with ABC are as follows: - no building, the instructor meets you behind Walmart in a sketchy parking lot with cones - inconvenient scheduling system Why I'm writing this review: I honestly believe i deserved to pass my first test. when i took my test i kept on the speed limit exactly, while occasionally going maybe 3 over. Contrast to what my drivers ed instructors taught me, I failed because of "speeding" due to the occasional 3 over. i'm convinced the instructor of this test wanted more re-take money, because what i've heard from my schooling and others who've taken this test, the small excess shouldn't have kept me from passing. the lady who instructed me was named Janet, and she was a bit rude to my dad and me. usually i like to just give people the benefit of the doubt incase its just not their day, but i figured the petty failure warrants its mention. Getting a good instructor is a hit or miss. i dont NOT recommend ABC, but i'm choosing to go with a different agency from now on because of these reasons.

Fantastic experience and highly recommend for 18+ yo drivers…read more Ron was very patient and professional in helping our daughter gain valuable driver tips, experience, and confidence in general driving and in preparation for the test...which she passed the first time! The lesson communications were smooth, he was very flexible in fitting in times, and he picks up from the house. Will definitely recommend to other 18+ students

Ron Kato is a truly excellent driving instructor! He is patient, professional, and just brings a…read moregreat attitude to the job. I really enjoyed my lessons with him, and could not believe how quickly I developed confidence as a driver (I am 36 and had never driven before- either in the US or overseas, so I was starting from scratch). In just over a month, I felt prepared to take the road test. I actually began my lessons with another driving school, but left that school as the instructor was inattentive and unprofessional (talking/texting on his phone for most of the lesson, scheduling lessons with other students in the middle of my lesson). The behavior of the previous instructor made me extremely tense and apprehensive about what is a pretty daunting endeavor. On the other hand, when I began lessons with Ron I started to enjoy the process...which is how it should be! I also felt that he actually enjoyed teaching, which made me look forward to my lessons and made it easier to forget whatever stress I had before getting into the car with him. I also found it really convenient that Ron offers 1-hour lessons (most schools only offer 2)...that way I could take shorter lessons more frequently, and I think this was critical for me in terms of becoming more comfortable with the whole process (two hours seems like it will expedite the process but, when you are a beginner, the process is a bit overwhelming (you on edge the entire lesson, which takes a toll on the nerves) and, personally, I just wasn't able to cope with two 2-hour lessons a week. In my opinion, the shorter lessons spaced closer together were key to my success. I would highly recommend Ron if you want to not only become a great driver, but also enjoy the process.
