I absolutely adore this woman and feel terrible for accusing her coworker of something someone else did to my smile. I am so grateful she sat down with me to go over what was happening and explain the situation while comparing X-rays. She is going above and beyond for me as a tool has split in the canal of my gum. She is sending me to UCLA. Though UCLA and I have had some issues in the past regarding their Chinese stalker students, I'm hoping for the best this time. Right now, UCLA doesn't pick up the phone. However, the doctor did try to get me into USC. Unfortunately, this is not convenient with my schedule, and though I am in pain regarding the dental work, I hope she can be the one to resolve this. She truly cares about the underserved communities around her, and it is a shame not everyone in her field thinks the same way! I'll revisit this post and let you all know how it goes at UCLA and the follow-up with my smile, as well as my son's dental care. read more

Initially, I did not plan to leave a review. However, after my recent interaction with the office on 2/17/2026 regarding my request for my x-rays, I feel it is necessary. I was a new patient in November 2025, and as of February 2026 my treatment had still not been submitted to my insurance for pre-authorization. Due to the continued delay, I decided to transfer my care to another office and requested that my x-rays be sent to me. I was informed there would be a $30 fee to release my x-rays. While I understand offices may have fee policies regarding records, given that I had been waiting for my treatment plan to be submitted without follow-through, I requested that the fee be waived. During that same call, I was told that my insurance had not paid for my exam and x-rays. The comment was communicated in a way that implied I was asking for something to be waived despite the office not having been paid. Which is a complete lie, I confirmed directly with my insurance, a payment of $208 had in fact been made on December 31, 2025. While I appreciate that my x-rays were eventually sent to my new provider, (my new provider had to contact them) I do not appreciate being given inaccurate information regarding my insurance or being made to feel as though my request was unreasonable. Professional offices should provide transparent, accurate, and respectful communication. read more

Very good and Professional work English and Spanish help, clean and fresh environment too!!! read more

This place is shady! People stay away or be a victim! They will quote you a certain price then try and change it when you're ready to pay. Then if you asked them why the numbers changed they won't have a response. I believe they are under new ownership so these people are just trying to rip people off for their house payments. read more

The best dentist Dr is amazing and all staff is amazing the doctor is amazing and attentive with my kids recommend her 100

I loved how professional she was and very kind to me and to my family. If I had any questions or concerns she would answer them all. My whole family was seen by her we love her and recommend her. We no longer see her because we moved to Florida when the pandemic started. Regina, I want to thank you for taking care of us with our dental needs. Your are awesome and best! I am so excited to hear you have a second location in Simi Valley. God is good and it's great to see your blessings due to your hard work and kindness toward your patients. I totally recommend her, look no further. Regina is wonderful at what she does. read more

My twins got their braces here. Both of the boys had teeth growing across instead of down. She had to put a chain to pull the tooth in the right direction. It's been a bit complicated, but we are so grateful for this office. She's been very gracious with us. The staff feels like family & they are always full of plenty of customers. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we feel it's worth the effort. read more

Don't trust this dentist She ruined my mother's teeth for life! They convinced my mom to put on dentures, then they broke the piece and THEY refused to take responsibility for it and didn't replace it, my mom had to pay and it was even worst. Dentist kept on switching my Mother's appt and never faced her! read more

Would not recommend at all. They charge their patients much more than what they should. For procedures, they charge the insurance AND they charge you when they shouldn't be charging you. Unfortunately, this happened to my parents. They claim that the insurance does not cover certain procedures and then they charge you for it. When we called the insurance, they said that those procedures should be fully covered and that we should not have been charged by the dentist. We stopped coming here years ago, and it was a great decision! We also noticed that when we came in for certain procedures, the dentist always claimed that she had to do more procedures than what she initially told us. She ended up charging more for these "extra procedures" when we never agreed to them. read more

The dentist was very inexperienced and maybe is doing work that doesn't we'd to be done. She told me I needed to redo my root canal and buy a new crown which wasn't covered by insurance. This was wrong and I verified it with another dentist who showed me my X-rays. She also said I needed a filling on the wrong tooth. I went back to my dentist in San Diego to get the work done and found that everything they said was wrong and my dentist showed me my X-rays and what I needed. The dentist also hit the vein when she put the novacane shot in so I convulsed for 45 min from the epinephrine. Whenever I questioned her and asked her to show me on my X-ray what they were doing she was short and wouldn't tell me. The dentist working on me has the big bushy ponytail. I think she's a terrible dentist. Wish I could give 0 stars read more

Had an awesome experience , friendly staff and dentist is very thorough on planning your dental care!!! Child friendly too!!

I've been coming to EZ Smiles Dental for almost two years now and I've alwys had a pleasant experience (well- as pleasant as dentist visits can get, lol). Dr. Espinoza works quickly, gently, and does a great job. I've had regular cleaning and examinations done to over half a dozen cavities filled. (Ya, i know, i dont floss as good as i should.) My wife has also recently gotten some work done on her teeth. Dr. Espinoza was very understanding and patient w/ her situation to which we were both greatly thankful for. She's always looking out for my best interest. She has earned our confidence and trust in her as a dentist. The interior of the office is always clean and welcoming. I have been recommending EZ Smiles Dentist to friends and family since my first visit in 2010 and will continue to do so! read more

Have been seeing Dr Espinoza for the past 10 years. My kids love her and her staff. We moved further from office but still make the drive to get our teeth cleaned here. They are great all around. My son got his braces here when he was 10 years old, his teeth needed some straightening, long story short he is now 16 a senior in H.S with perfect teeth Thank you Dr. Espinoza! read more

The Dentist is okay but very negative and the staff assisting her is fine but the front desk is close to impossible where one time she was running out after me wanting money when I had a credit balance. She may deal with pediatric dentistry but definitely needs assistance with seniors. read more

Do not go there, worst dentist ever! They are all up for the money. Had my daughter on braces after that the dentist recommended retainers that breaks easily that way they could charge $300 every time and while you are on braces they will charge you $25 if one that holds one teeth brakes! I'll never go back again it's been 3 years and I'm not planning to go there anymore. They ripped us, big time! read more

For many years I went through life never cracking a smile. To ashamed to show anyone what my teeth looked like. I made an appointment with Dr. Espinoza due to some pain I wouldn't wish upon anyone. After she examined the few teeth left in my mouth we discussed every option available and finally agreed on full dentures. Only took a few visits to get the remaining teeth pulled and get the dentures cast and fitting perfectly. It's been 5 years now. I haven't stopped smiling since. She changed my life. And I can't thank her enough. read more

Excellent service! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable dentist. Practically painless dentistry. Will recommend to anyone!

Amazing amazing amazing!!!! I'am always at first hesitant to bring my 4 yr and 2 yr to the doctor let alone the dentist. I always want to make sure they are getting the best care because they are indeed my children and I want what's best for them. Well let me tell you Ez smiles is the 1st stop for dentistry and from what I can tell our last because they are wonderful. My kids loved the staff and Dr. Espinoza was amazing. So happy I was totally pleased with her treatment plans for both my kiddos. She was very knowledgeable, confident and very patient. The best dentist in town. I was going to another dentist, which the process was taking forever. Thanks to Dr. Espinoza she took off my old braces placed new ones and in less then a year I got them off. It will be 1 year next month that she took off my braces and I'm very satisfied with my teeth. They are still very straight because of course I do where my retainers still. Thank you Dr. Espinoza. read more

OUT OF THIS WORLD OUTSTANDING!!! 1) Wonderfully courteous and gentle dentists...who actually LISTEN to you 2) All the best and latest hi-tech equipment and programs 3) Prompt service and quick appointments too 4) Courteous, efficient and bi-lingual staff 5) They take Medi-Cal, 6) Soooo WHAT if they have an unassuming storefront practice in a mini-mall? THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!!! This unassuming little dentistry practice may not have spent a ton on their office space rent or waiting room decor...but that's probably because they clearly blew a ton on hiring the most talented dentists and buying the latest equipment and even the best medical computer programs for your dental care. And virtually no waiting...ever. And they'll even do walk-in appointments or next-day appointments if you need them too! BUT HERE'S THE BEST PART EVERYONE...EZ SMILES DENTAL HAS TALENTED AND CARING DENTISTS!!! THEY ACTALLY LISTEN TO YOU, THEY TAKE CARE AND ARE SO GENTLE THAT EVEN COMPLICATED STUFF THAT OUGHT RIGHTFULLY BE PAINFUL...ISN'T!!! Anyway, don't be fooled by the lack of pomp and circumstance when you approach this mini-mall storefront operation. Believe you me...the skill and caring of the dentists in here is the best I've ever had in a dentist and I am 47. And they have spared no expense in acquiring the very latest equipment and computer programs to give you the very best most top-notch dental care you can get. Don't be fooled by dental practices that spend all their money on expensive offices and a fish tank in the waiting room. THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY WHERE YOU WANT TO GO! Oh and they take Medi-Cal and they are totally bilingual too, although you can probably tell that I myself don't need my dentist to be bilinual...but maybe you do, right? I'm telling you people...GO HERE. This unassuming little storefront dental practice is where you'll actually receive the very best care possible. Go HERE! read more

I usually don't like going to the Dentist but Dr Espinoza did outstanding job. My teeth look much better!

Best DENTIST in the San Fernando Valley!!! Dr.Regina Espinoza and her staff are the most nicest, sweetest, caring dental family. I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. When I walked in the receptionists greeted me with a huge smile! The receptionist named Blanca (the owner) was so kind and sweet, she helped me fill out papers, and answered all my questions! She was in no rush and was just focused on me till I understood everything! That is the BEST TYPE Of SERVICE everyone NEEDS! Dr.Espinoza and the nurses were very gentle in there work! My cleaning was amazing! Very professional DENTAL OFFICE! I really recommend this dental office! Can't wait for my 6 months appointment!!!!! read more

First of all, I am one who is afraid and very very anxious about going to the Dentist. Just thinking about the Dentist frightens me and ruins my day. With that in mind, I have been looking for a Dentist that understands my anxiety and works with me to overcome this fear. I have finally found a Dentist that is nice, friendly, and super comforting! She actually cares about her patients and makes sure they are okay and comfortable. She also takes the time to explain the importance of cleaning and how to clean (waterpik!!!). Very friendly staff and great environment! Thank you Dr. Espinoza! read more

Very nice professional, honest, skilled dentists....both are female which is a refreshing change! The front desk staff is timely, fun, nice, competent. Very organized, awesome group. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly. They're great with kids and I've never experienced pain after having work done. I've had several cavities filled here and also had a wisdom tooth removed. Highly recommend! read more

The front staff are nice but the staff that works in the back make faces and say stuff in spanish about their patients especially when the patient may seem to need a lot of work to do. By the way,not to mention, I not be hispanic or whatever but I do understand every single word they say because I do speak Spanish. So dissappointing. Then, the dentist refer patients to UCLA for which when you call them, they never pick up their phones. Little piece of advice, when you guys are on shift, try to avoid making faces. If you do not like your job and help people, then leave!!! Plus, people go there because they need help, they dont need to hear your judgement. read more

A great kids dentist and adults very clean and friendly staff. The doctor is awesome and will help with your needs.
