Much gratitude to Andrés and the team for your steady support over my learning journey, and I'm now officially a licensed driver. The overall experience was amazing with no frills. I felt that I not only gained a new essential life skill, but also worked up good confidence in dealing with road. The instructor is very patient, empathetic and pragmatic. He has a wealth of knowledge in teaching people of different walks of life to drive, thanks to the decades of experience as an instructor!! While emphasizing safety first with many practical tips and tricks for the road, he also taught me to feel integrated with the car/flow and relax as I maneuver the car. I was so stiff at the beginning, but with good coaching, now I'm pretty smooth in handling the wheel. He's also personally very attuned to the driving test, which made me feel well-prepared as I conducted the actual road test. The school is also a certified third-party test administrator, btw. Some other positives from my experience 1) Signing up is easy! The scheduler lady is nice to talk to and will make sure everything is in order from lesson scheduling to the testing day arrangement. 2) I was picked up on time and dropped off with ease each session (I'd drive myself home as part of the practice/lesson). 3) I like that they have an online portal for easily booking new classes or simply double checking the planned schedule. 4) ¡Se habla español! So I got to practice a little for fun . But seriously, they are well equipped to serve the diverse community here in central Florida. Thank you again, EZ learning driving school! I booked two driving classes for my son. Nobody showed up for the scheduled lesson and nobody called. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last three day, but no luck. They don't answer call, don't reply messages and there is nobody at their office in Winter Park. read more

Paid for lessons and exam only to find out the school closed abruptly with no notice. I encourage those affected to file a complaint with BBB as well as pursue legal action if this business does not cooperate with a refund. read more

Our experience with EZ Learning Driving School was not a good one. We signed up for four lessons, which took about two months to start. We had our daughter on the road several months by the time her lessons began. Our instructor was a nice guy, but very nervous. He only allowed my daughter to drive on a two lane road either to her high school or a parking lot a few blocks away. He had her practicing parking and three point turns over and over for an hour. Basically, he only taught her how to pass the test, not to drive smartly and defensively. She barely had any driving time at all with him. Never went more than 13 minutes from our home. I tracked them on GPS. After the 3rd lesson of the same thing, she was so disappointed and we were so frustrated, that I requested a different instructor for her final lesson. I was told he was the only instructor in our area and they would not provide another. They then stated that my daughter was not ready to be in traffic! I knew that my daughter had been driving for nearly a year around Seminole and Orange County and was doing great. We knew this was just an excuse from EZ Learning to avoid putting their car in traffic. They offered a refund for the last lesson and we were done. We took our daughter on the highway, toll roads and heavy traffic to build her defensive driving skills. She passed her test with 0 points! The instructor was WRONG but EZ Learning refused to admit that and now refuses to give us the certificate that came with our purchase, because they could could not provide another instructor. We paid EZ Learning Driving School and ended up doing most of the work ourselves! I've purchased other driving packages for my nieces and nephews. They drove in traffic and to places that were frequently visited to build those important skills in a safe environment. That is NOT what EZ Learning Driving School did in our case. EZ Learning Driving School did not deliver what they promised, including defensive driving. They are very petty and not worth the trouble or money. Teaching to a test is not teaching skills to a learner. As a teacher, I know this is true! With all the other options, choose someone else. I sure wish we would have! read more

I was nervous about starting lessons at 40 but thoroughly enjoyed them. Andres is an excellent instructor, and he is very patient. He explained all the rules and gave me the confidence to drive safely. He was punctual, honest, his instructions were very clear, and I built up confidence quickly. I passed the driving test on the first try with compliments from the examiner. After getting my driver's license, I booked a few more lessons when I got my first car to help me get used to it. As a mother and as an adult overcoming the fear of driving, I definitely recommend EZ Driving School and its instructor Andres. read more

It was so easy to book appointments and contact the office Andre was awsome with my sons lessons he was always on time if not early I would definitely recommend to friends and family. We purchased some driving lessons for one of my sons a couple of months ago, because we felt he needed a bit more practice before getting his driver's license. They didn't have any openings until end of July, so I purchased them even though he was eligible to get his license at the end if May because I thought he might need them. I saw that I had a full year to use them, so I figured if he ended up being ready I could use them for my other son who was about to get his permit. My first son ended up getting his license beforehand, so I emailed them to say I'd like to keep the lessons for my other son as well as purchase a few more. The lady was rude to me and extremely inflexible. They will not let me use my lessons which have been paid in full, for a child in my home with the same last name. Unbelievable, and now they have my hard earned money and I'll get nothing. Definitely won't recommend!! I wish I would have read their reviews beforehand, as they only have 2.5 stars lesson learned. read more

Excellent school for driving. I felt very prepared for the road test after a month with 10 lessons. It also helped me get over my nervousness about driving. Scheduling and payment was efficient as well. My driving instructor, Mr. Andre Patino, was very enthusiastic, encouraging, and helpful, he made me feel confident in my abilities. Really difficult to schedule with. No enough instructors. Once they have your money they do not care about the success or failure of the student. My son works full time and they only had one instructor in our area. Because she was off one of his days off he could only take lessons 1 time a week. Rescheduling was a nightmare. Once she had to cancel short notice due to car problems. She rescheduled for a vacation . We were flexible however she was inflexible in return to us. Now that my son needs to retake the test which they charge $150 plus to just take him for retest they are suddenly full for 10 weeks. Lynn at the office was rude when I expressed my concern and told her I would be reviewing online. I would not recommend them. read more
