My windows were pretty dirty when they got here but they are sparkling now. Some window washers just clean the windows but Wash Me makes sure that the window sills are clean too, inside and out. Preserving your windows for many years to come. I'm so impressed by the way they cleaned my cottage. I asked them to clean everything from the floors to the bedding to the dishes to the oven to the refrigerator to the toilet. They did such a great job that when I moved the bed later on that day after they left it was sparkling under the bed!! I give them my highest recommendation.

When I left a message about getting an estimate, Brent returned my call promptly and left a message letting me know that he would stop by my house and leave an estimate under my doormat since I wasn't there. His prices were in line with other quotes that I got, but what really stood out is that he is super friendly and the kind of person you want to work with. He and Adam did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out along with the screens. We recently moved, and have been having a lot of work done at both our new house and the one we moved from, so have been working with a lot of different contractors. This is by far the best experience we've had in the mix of all that. It's so nice to have someone show up when they say they will, take care of the job in a conscientious way, and leave our house looking better than it did before. Thanks, Brent!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.
