The responded that I did not qualify, that the special was for homes 1200 sq ft and smaller. However, they had calculated the external sq footage of my house and made an offer for which they would power wash the siding on my home. I agreed to the amount. The asked my phone number, confirmed my name. and we set a date of July 20th and a time prior to 10 AM on that date. July 20th at 10 AM when no one had arrived, I called them through the same FB site I have contacted them for their special. A man answered saying he did not know who I was and did not have me on his schedule. He attempted to say he had a new assistant who must have "messed up" the schedule and could he reschedule me. He moved the date to July 28th. He did not confirm my address. My phone blocks the number; he did not confirm my phone number and he did not ask me to repeat my name. I have never had anyone get my name correct after hearing it one time. July 28th 12:38 PM. When no one had arrived, I called the same number which was not answered like a business, it was answered with "Hello". I asked if I had reached "Pro Wash" and the response was "Who is this?". I gave my name and said I was calling to confirm that I was on the day's schedule and that I had not seen or heard from anyone yet . Same man as before, when his tone changed, I recognized his voice (he has never given a name), he stated I was on the schedule, but for the "evening". I decided I was over-reacting since the sun does not go down until 8, this was not unreasonable. No one ever arrived. No one ever called to explain why no one ever arrived. This is not the first Power Wash company to schedule and no show since I have lived in Massachusetts. I am tired of trying to track people down; I am just going to write reviews.

Then, appointment is scheduled after signing approval of the estimate online. Scheduled date of service can change subject to weather. It happened to me the second time around due to high wind.
