When I asked a simple question why didn't the office call me about the estimate before my visit here when they told me they would, she gave me a snappy answer response instead of a helpful answer. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a healthcare setting, but clearly, this office doesn't value treating patients with respect. To make things worse, when I asked to speak to the doctor to discuss her behavior the doctor told me "You're not the first one who is complaining about her but it's hard to find employees so we can't do much about it" I will not be getting my treatment from this office or recommending this office to anyone who expects to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Let me say...I hate the dentist and it gives me so much anxiety. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am day 2 post op...no swelling, no pain and no need for the major pain killers. Doctor even called me last night to make sure I was doing well and settled my mind over what I thought was excessive bleeding. Not at all. They are very thorough and the office runs smoothly. Appointments are flexible and thankfully never have to wait too long. Next comes the process of getting an implant and I'm positive it'll be as delightful as it could possibly be. Don't put off the appointment if you're in need. I should have done this years ago.

Outstanding care during a dental emergency: After a…read moretraumatic fall, my daughter suffered significant dental trauma, including four mobile teeth, and we spent the night in the emergency department on a Friday evening. It was an incredibly stressful experience for our family. What made all the difference was Dr. Sacks response. Even though it was after hours and the office was closed for the weekend, Dr Sacks personally contacted us, oversaw her care, and opened the office on the weekend to perform necessary oral surgical intervention and stabilization. During her recovery--while her jaw was wired shut for healing--the doctor checked in multiple times throughout the week, monitoring her progress, answering questions, and making sure there were no complications. We never felt rushed or dismissed, and we always felt supported. Dr. Sacks combined clinical expertise with genuine compassion, turning a frightening emergency into a manageable and reassuring experience. We are deeply grateful for the care our daughter received and would wholeheartedly recommend this orthodontist to any family seeking expert treatment and truly attentive care. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. From the moment I had to make an appointment there months ago…read morefor my daughter I was treated with complete disrespect. The woman who initially answered the phone rudely told me she couldn't see my child at that office and they couldn't open a new chart for her and tried to dismiss me; this was specifically after being told by the North Brunswick office that the treatment my daughter needed could only be done in the Greenbrook location. After calls going back and forth between North Brunswick and Greenbrook, Greenbrook finally called and said they would see my daughter, but I had to register her as a new patient, for whatever reason they would not transfer her file. It finally comes time to make her appointment and there are insurance issues. The office was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve them. The issue is finally resolved, and I made an appointment for my daughter two weeks or more ahead of schedule. I called to confirm the appointment, confirm the insurance, and let them know a different family member would be taking her. My family member showed up with my daughter only to be told they wouldn't see her- again because of insurance. When I called to find out what was going on, I asked to speak to the office manager or the person who handled the insurance, which I know to be a woman. Instead, after some whispering the young man who answered the phone came back on claiming to be said person. I was then told that someone tried to contact me and cancel the appointment but my mailbox was full. There were NO MISSED CALLS of any kind, my voicemail box WAS NOT FULL, and even if that were the case there is a secondary number and email to reach me. Smile Express knew full well their contract with HBCBS would be ending September 1, and my appointment was scheduled for September 2. Their attempt to contact me was on August 29th. This office is full of nothing but disrespectful liars and I pray that no one continues to use them.
