The woman who runs this business is rude and unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon deal in January and I've had trouble retrieving the certificate ever since because she treats Groupon customers differently than traditional customers. After my sixth attempt to make an appointment, the available appointment was initially April 20th but it became May 6th when she learned I had purchased the service through Groupon. She specifically said she "cannot afford to do Groupon customers all the time" which is not the customers problem. If you don't want to service Groupon customers in a timely manner DO NOT ADVERTISE ON GROUPON! I will not retrieve my coupon or patron this establishment and as the reviews suggests, maybe I am doing myself a favor. Pay full price for a better service. read more

I really dislike putting down a business so I will keep it short and sweet. I have gotten eyelash extensions a number of times in the past and never have they damaged my natural lashes. But after this experience my lashes are half the length they were before. Not sure how this could happen but it's almost as if the "glue" that was used incinerated the tips of my lashes. Needless to say I am extremely dissapointed and will not return. Everyone has different experiences but I was pleased with mine. The only reason that I took off a star was because I lost a good bit of lashes from the outside corner of my left eye the day following my application. However, they still looked good and they held up for the event I needed them for. They're slowly falling out now (it's been almost 2 weeks) but overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend Michelle and Eyes Fore You. Ignore the haggard before pictures. I'd only been awake for 45 minutes. Lol. But please do note that the only difference in the after pictures are the lashes, the lighting and being more awake. No makeup! The lashes just look that good. :) **Also, if you see an ad on Groupon, call her first and ask if she'll honor the Groupon price. Groupon is great but they take OVER 50% from the merchant!! I can understand that for a large corporation but that extreme for smaller, individually run businesses. Help support the small business owner and the local economy!! :)** P.S. NEVER AGAIN! I got my lashes done here and it was 2 hours of torture. She didn't use eye pads she used cheap scotch tape as "pads" my eyes hurt and burned the entire time. When I opened my eyes they were sooooo RED and burning! I went to a new Lash girl and I can definitely see the difference. She said Michelle had glued lashes to my skin and they were all clumped up. Got my lashes done there for couple time. Not sure what kind of glue she uses but it was burning my eyes like crazy. She was also very rough on me. Pulled my lashes really hard and ask me if that really hurt. After I decided not to go back to her, I went to a different girl do to my lashes. She told me my lashes extension that Michelle did was the worst mess she has never seen. She said Michelle didn't care about damaging lashes and glue multiple lashes on one and some of them were glued to my eye lid. My lashes were so damages and it took my girl months to fix them. I found Michelle through groupon and got my lashes done with her for my first time! When I went to go to my appointment, she was already with a different client, and she realized that she was double booked. She rescheduled my appointment for a different day, and although everyone makes mistakes so it wasn't a huge deal, she didn't seem very apologetic about it and I had to drive almost 30 minutes just to get to the salon, so it was very inconvenient. When I actually got to get my lash extensions, she first applied a primer over my lashes. As soon as she applied it, my lashes/eyes started to sting and burn. I told her that, and she said that it's normal for the primer to do that. Since I had never had my lashes done before, I took her word for it. I actually researched this after, and you are NEVER supposed to feel pain/stinging when getting extensions! When she was done, I opened my eyes to find them extremely red and irritated. I was really shocked that my eyes looked like that, and the next 2 weeks of having the lashes were incredibly uncomfortable/painful. It got to the point where I dreaded ever getting my lashes done and I became happy when the lashes would fall off (and they fell off easily/quickly) because it was so uncomfortable. I just assumed that my eyes were not meant for extensions, even though I have been using lash glues/eyeliner/mascara for years without any issues. Despite my bad experience, I got a new set of extensions a couple of months later at a different salon and had zero issues. I had no burning/stinging during the process and my lashes never felt uncomfortable on my eyes. I think the primer/glue Michelle used was just low quality or something my eyes were not used to, but the fact that she disregarded me when I spoke up and told her it was painful and stated that it was NORMAL (and it is absolutely not normal to feel pain) makes me not want to go back/recommend her. read more

I'm only giving my experience here 1 star because I wasn't very pleased with my first time visit. Got a groupon deal for $14 and meant to tip $6 on top of the $14. I had given Michelle 20$ forgetting that I already paid for my deal. She did not mention that I over tipped her or even said thank you for "such a good tip." Felt like she was not very informative or welcoming and was on her phone most of the visit. Found this place through Groupon. Made an appointment with Michelle. She was late, not very friendly, was in a hurry and what was supposed to be an hour session turned out to be 30 minutes. Her phone kept going off during the session and my lashes were too thin. I paid for a full set but the glue kept tugging on my real lashes it hurt so I removed them a day later. Tried contacting Michelle but never heard back. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

Had my eyelashes done by Michelle Tuesday by Weds they were falling out! Went to my usual lash spa and they had to remove all of the lashes! First of all I'd never had any eyelash extensions before and since I was going on vacation I decided to buy a Groupon and try it out. I went and walked in and no one was in the front office. I thought ok this is weird so I sat down and waited. About 10 minutes later she came out and was like oh someone was here I didn't hear anything, I'm with another client so give me some time. I thought ok maybe your just behind (still didn't like that she never came to see if I was there knowing it was appointment time). Anyways when it was my turn, she got me and asked if I'd ever had eyelash extensions, I said no and she just didn't reply. She gave no information on the extensions, how she put them in, how to take care of them, literally nothing. When she finished they looked ok. They weren't full at all and I'm pretty sure she didn't put 60-90 lashes in per eye which is what I paid for. Michelle wasn't friendly, she wasn't helpful, and overall had no customer service skills at all. I don't think I got what I paid for and she wasn't helpful at all. Not sure where all the great reviews came from. I texted her for a price and to make an appointment. She said she would give me a deal since I was a first time client and told me the price. I was so excited as this was my first time!! Once I laid down the smell of the cigarette smoke was awful. I thought to myself "okay she's a smoker can't really help that part" and I just let it go. But the smell of the GLUE she used was so strong!! It was almost like she was using super glue and not the glue you are supposed to use. It BURNED my eyes to the point where I was crying and my eyes were blood shot red. While my eyes were all watery and dripping tears, they were also being cut by the tape she used! I think it was scotch tape! I couldn't believe the pain I suffered and I had to stop and tell her I couldn't take the pain anymore. She told me "well I can only finish them now or you will have to come back way later like at 9pm" of course I don't want to come back that late! So I just suffered until she finished. While she finished she told me she can only take cash -_- so I had to drive to the gas station and take out cash from the ATM. I texted her asking the price just to double check and she RAISED the price on me for no reason. I showed her the text she sent me days before saying a way lower price then she gives me attitude an attitude about it! I still tipped her a good amount being the nice person that I am but this is unacceptable! I went to numerous places after this and the glue never burned and they use a different SOFTER tape under the eyes. I had an amazing experience everywhere else! She should get her license taken away because she is not using the proper tools and products doing eyelash extensions. my eyes were red for days! Worst experience ever. read more

Found a decently price groupon and called to ask if she honors the groupon, which she said she did, so I purchased it. However, when I handed it to her she seemed very annoyed that I had went through groupon. I think there was miscommunication because she does honor the groupon price, just don't go through groupon itself since they take 53% from the business. I was unaware of this. Michelle didn't ask what I was looking for or anything until I spoke up. She's not personable and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her which is why I won't be returning. BUT she was very quick and efficient and I was happy with the outcome of my lashes. They fell out fairly quick though. I know you're supposed to get a fill every 2 weeks, but I know some people who can go a whole month without one and their lashes still look full. If customer service isn't of importance to you I would recommend. Very affordable compared to other places as well. read more

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I wanted to try her since my co worker got her lashes done by her. My experience with her wasn't good. I had my appointment originally at 2:15 got a text less than 2 hours later saying she couldn't do 2:30 and can do it at 8:30, I had no choice but to agree since my regular lady didn't have an opening. So I go in and I felt rushed signing her paperwork already. We get started I told her how I didn't want the cat eye look she said okay without asking me what length I wanted, I thought she would of given me a longer extension. So we finish and I check if I liked it and I didn't she didn't put any extension on my inner and outer sides of my eye so I told her to fix it... And she does after I told her that it needed more on both sides. She seemed irritated already that it took more time. Her reply was "well I didn't know if you wanted lashes at the edges, your eyes are weird." I don't think you should tell me you think my eyes are shaped weird and I've gotten eyelash extension multiple times and no one ever said that to me or anyone had a problem putting extension on my "weird" eyes. I don't even think she deserves the money I tipped or paid her. Obviously 2 years of experience for her is not enough to do a good job. So find another person to do your extension. read more

Don't use this business. I went to her for a while. She constantly cancelled appointments and had a hard time rescheduling. She would give me a date and that morning say she couldn't make it and schedule another day and then not make that as well. She gave me a deal because I was coming every two weeks, but then made it very hard to schedule. The glue burned my eyes and lashes would fall out quickly. Think twice before you go. read more

This is the second time I've had eyelash extensions, the first was in 2013. The first time, I didn't know what to expect in the result, this time I did. I told Michelle exactly what I wanted-very long, full lashes & she delivered! It's been 3 weeks and I've had no problems at all, going back for a refill today.
