Such a beautiful and well run salon. You can feel how much care the owner puts into the client experience, from how clean everything is to the quality of the materials, snacks and drinks they offer. All the girls are super sweet and always smiling. I have not had my nails done by Nicole, but she is always so friendly and welcoming to everyone. Highly recommend this place. A cute space! It was my first time here and I had seen Nicole who is super sweet. Got my pedicure with her and she was super efficient and gave great quality work. Usually I dread sitting long to get a mani or pedi, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff there are super friendly and the space also provides snacks/beverages for your experience. Highly recommend this place. The only downside I'd say is the location in terms of the narrow parking, but that's out of their control. I never write reviews, but what happened to me here was so shocking that I feel obligated to warn anyone considering this place. I was a loyal client for over a year. I trusted them, recommended countless friends, and always believed I was in good hands. But this last month turned into a nightmare. My nails started breaking just days after my appointment. something that has never happened to me anywhere else. I ended up coming back three times in one month because of issues that were 100% caused by their work. And instead of taking responsibility, they acted like it was somehow my fault. But the worst part? After their technician damaged my nail, it actually started bleeding and it still hasn't stopped bleeding properly. This has never happened to me before in any salon. They are clearly hiring girls who are not trained or not professional, and then expect the client to pay for their mistakes. And after all that, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they sent me a cold message saying they "can't take me anymore." After a year of loyalty. After I brought them so many new clients. After their work caused actual damage. The lack of responsibility, the unprofessional attitude, and the way they treat returning clients is unbelievable. This is hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. If you care about your nails, your money, or your safety- go somewhere else. Save yourself the stress and the pain. This place does NOT stand behind its work and does NOT care about its clients. read more

I love my nails!!! My cuticles have never been cleaner. Oleta took so much time to stencil in each flower. She is an amazing nail artist! My only complaint would be the customer service aspect. It could have been better as I was never offered a drink at the beginning of my service. When I asked Oleta for a cup of coffee, another tech named Nicole gave me an annoyed look. Nicole also rushed my friend's nail appt. Her dot flowers were unevenly spaced out. Overall I would go back and ask for Oleta or Sveta to do my nails!! They seemed happier to be there! read more

This was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. The tech blew her breath directly on my nails, which is completely unsanitary and disgusting. She clearly didn't know how to use the drill. She went over my nail and my skin, burning me under my nail, and had no idea how to properly shape them. The few colors they have don't even match the palette they show you. I've never had a problem with anyone else at this salon before, but this was unacceptable. If you care about cleanliness or quality. Update: Owner reached out to me with no resolution to the problem and didn't acknowledge any of the concerns. I have been going here for over a year now and have always had a great experience. They take their time to ensure your manicure is perfect. This is not a regular manicure but what they call a Russian manicure. It is a dry manicure and they focus on cleaning your cuticles really well. Space is cute and clean. They sterilize their tools in an autoclave machine similar to those used in medical facilities. Shout out to Anna for my cute nail art. She always does an awesome job. read more

I just moved here from the Midwest & have been going to the same tech for 7 years. I was so scared finding a new tech and I was looking for what she did (polygel dual form fills) although I struggled finding that, finding easy beauty space was the next best thing!! For the distance from my place, the price, quality & experience it is UNBEATABLE. My nails look absolutely amazing & so classy. They use quality products (hard gel) which was a must for me & do a meticulous Russian manicure (also a must). Army tech really did such a precise job making them all look even and natural. Also they offered to take off my old techs work which was something I noticed a lot of techs don't do (understandably but was needed in my situation). I recommend & will be back! Was told fills last 3-4 weeks so I can't wait to see how they hold up. 11/10 read more

This is my favorite nail salon in San Diego. The salon is super clean and cute! They always offer you a drink or snack and all the girls are so sweet! The technician I see is named Sveta and she is so talented and her attention to detail is unmatched. I've struggled with painful ingrown toenails for a while, but Sveta's pedicures have alleviated so much pain and made me so much less self conscious about my feet, for me it's not just a cosmetic service it's a necessity, so I probably go every 4-6 weeks and it's truly made a world of difference. this was my first experience getting a Russian manicure, and it will be the only type of manicure I will get for the rest of my life. This was easily the best nail experience I have ever had. The diligence of care for your nails is exceptional -- definitely worth every penny spent, and I cannot wait to come back ! My nail tech, Sveta was so focused and friendly. She taught me how to say "thank you" in russian too haha! Finally, the cleanliness and high quality of devices was off the charts. Every tool they use is sterile (comes out of a sterilization pouch), and they use alcohol before applying polish, which I highly appreciate. I am in love with this place !! read more

I booked a session with Mary and as per usual, she's so wonderful. I was pretty disappointed after my last appointment as the service didn't meet my expectations (usually the manicures I receive here are flawless). The owner reached out afterwards addressing my concerns and offered me an opportunity to come back and get them fixed free of charge. Unfortunately my schedule is very tight with work so I waited until my next fill was due. I was fully prepared to pay for my service but Mary told me it was free of charge per my last appointment. Everyone handled things so very professionally and I'm happy because there really isn't a better place to get your nails done here!! I started going the literal week I moved here from the east coast and haven't gone anywhere since. This place offers amazing service. The staff is nice. They're very quick, and provide great work. The work they do last for at least a month. They're concentrate on your cuticles a lot and I think that's why it last so long. They vibes at the salon are amazing. Just started getting Russian manicures and booked my appt for a removal of my acrylic nails and gave the gel x nail extensions put on. Good work takes time! I couldn't believe her attention to detail. The set lasted 4 weeks. I could have done longer but was going out of town. This is worth it to me to spend more money but get a higher quality outcome. Back in September, I came in to get my wedding nails done. Susan did my toes, but another nail tech worked on my hands. I don't remember her name, but I explained that I have shorter, wider fingers, and I immediately noticed she was applying very small nail tips. I mentioned my concern before she continued, but she dismissed it and assured me she knew what she was doing. Once the acrylic was applied, it became obvious to everyone that the tips were far too small. I was then sent to another tech to try to fix them. They did the best they could, but because the original tips were too small to begin with, the final result still wasn't what I had hoped for, especially for my wedding nails. After that experience, I honestly started questioning whether the 30-minute drive was still worth it. A few months later, my friend and I decided to come back for birthday pedicures because I really did want to see Susan again. However, once my pedicure was finished and Susan stepped away, my friend's nail tech, Rena, told me to put my socks and shoes on and get up to leave, even though my friend's nails were still being done. It made both of us feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I've always loved coming here, which is why these experiences have been so disappointing. Sadly, it's made me reconsider whether I'll be returning in the future.

I was assigned to Lynn T for a full set with french tips. Lynn was very patient and good a recommending what would look best. I'm very peculiar about my french tips. I don't like a pink looking base and she got ot just right. I would definitely be back for my fills and to try other services.

I went in for a classic pedicure and asked for her to file my nails and change the color, that's it! The technician was nice so I feel bad leaving this review, but the way she removed the gel from my toes was awful! She filed it down, put acetone and let it sit for a bit. Then she proceeded to peel off the old gel and tore the corner of my nail OFF. She then proceeded to say I had thin nails! I've been getting gel pedicures for a while now and NEVER has anyone tore a piece of my nail OFF! As a technician, even if my nail was thin she could of used a machine to remove the gel instead of tearing it off the way she did. I was so upset! She tried to tell me she would add a piece, which I declined so I just told her to cut what she could without leaving my nail too short. I will never return here. Maybe some folks like this method of removal but I did not and will not be returning for a pedicure. I will add the chairs were comfortable and I also got a gel manicure which he added so many layers too! There was one lady too that came by and was just talking to the technician who did my nails and the vibe just felt uncomfortable! I will never return!
