Fantastic! Great customer service and doctor. My vision is so much better. Price was very good. Many choices of glasses.

The Eye Drs there are wonderful BUT WARNING.....DO NOT buy your glasses there....there are numbers all over the lenses and scratches! They use the same dirty white towel to clean EVERYONE'S BRAND NEW GLASSES AND LENS! Very unsatisfied with their lens! Walmart does a much better job at the frames and lens BUT not the EYE DR! read more

I broke my glasses, and have been waiting on my new pair. For four months I have been calling, and they have told me no they're not her yet.I called again last week and they finally told me they were in. Finally. SO I went to pick them up... But no glasses. The name was Jesse instead of Jenna. I told them that I have been waiting for months, so why are they not here yet. The lady looked on the computer... They were never ordered. Four months! So she told me she was going to rush a pair for me. They were supposed to be here Wednesday at the latest. Today is Friday, still no glasses. Whatever you do... Don't go to Eyeland. This is ridiculous. read more

Do not go here. Its horrible. No one has a clue what they are doing. Everytime i order supplies they are lost and take forever. They have no clue about your insurance either. Complete Idiots!!!! read more

This place isn't very clean for someone dealing with something as important as your eyes. The eye doctor was rude. For what they charge, you can go to a regular eye doctor's office and get much better service. read more

Eyeland called today to set-up my yearly eye exam which only reminded me of the unique experience I had with them last year. Calling our dealings an unmitigated disaster would be me being kind. I had my eye exam and gave Eyeland my back-up pair of glassed to re-lens for me. Two weeks later they call to inform me that they lost my glasses. They couldn't produce a tracking number to me or my insurance company and their offer of compensation was a pair of frames. They didn't have frames to my liking so I left uncompensated and pissed off. I had another company re-lens my last back-up pair of glasses only to find out that my prescription was WRONG! At this point I paid out-of-pocket for a second opinion. At the end of this appointment I showed this new doctor my Eyeland prescription and said "This is what the other doctor prescribed." He looked at me, shook his head and said, "Not even close." Avoid this place like the plague! read more

Went the first time to Pottsville Eyeland in 2018 because my employer eye insurance changed and I couldn't use it at my old doctors practice. The doctor gave me an eye/contact exam and told me my prescription changed even though I had little trouble seeing with my old prescription. The contacts he gave me were good for seeing far away but not up close. It was really bad and I told him I think my prescription was wrong. He told me I am just getting older and will have to us "cheater" glasses. After a week I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. I went back and saw the same doctor who refused to change the prescription. Fast forward to 2019 and I just found out with the new eye insurance I could only get an exam and new contacts every two years. The prescription ran out after one year so I needed a new exam to get more contacts which I had one left. Different doctor this time and after the exam told me my prescription really changed. I asked him what is the contact prescription numbers. Well I looked at them and prescription is basically the one I had before I went to Eyeland the first time! The whole year I couldn't see up close and had to wear cheater glasses. When I was getting billed I asked the Eyeland rep are you sure that this is the total price. He told me yes and how do I want to pay. I used my credit card and the balance was ZERO on the receipt. He told me my contacts would be in next week. Got a call saying my contacts were in and picked them up. Went home. Then got a phone call from the same Eyeland Rep saying I owe $49.00 more! I told him I have a copy of my receipt with the balance as zero. Went back up with the receipt. Of course the manager was gone and he made a copy of the receipt and told me not to worry after the manager sees this receipt. In the meantime I got a call on my cell phone from Pottsville Eyeland. No Message. I call back and no one there admits that someone called my cell phone. Talked to a silly woman and told her about my previous experience. She told me I think I heard about that but couldn't help. Now I get a bill in the mail for $49.00! Just called the Pottsville Eyeland and of course the manager is unavailable. Gave the rep my phone number and she says I owe $49.00. I told her to get the manager to call me back when she is available. I will never go back there again. read more
