I chose to do this because I was going on a trip, and thought it would be nice to have my brows look ready to go at all times, especially when I would be in the beach/pool most of the time. Manuela who supposedly even teaches, sells herself as a professional eyebrow specialist. They're out to get your money. I paid $700 for a job that looks like $200. I will post photos of before getting my two lasers done and after which are the current brows from Miami Brow Bar. I've been doing my brows for over 25 years. My previous technician unfortunately moved so the need arose to find a new place. I found Miami Brow Bar on Instagram and saw she did a nice job. In discussing my situation with them, I was clear and provided the areas that needed repair and adjustments before making any appointment. They assured me that they could and would work with me. Although nervous, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. Once finished, Manuela, appeared nervous. She did a darker color than my actual hair color. She told me to wait until the retouch to adjust the color and shape. During the retouch it became clear she lacked experience and care. She made them worse. Since then I have sought different opinions on the work and all have returned the same verdict. "They ripped you off because the job is not correct " I hope this helps others not become victims of this incompetence and find another place.

After I got them done and wanted to cry because they looked so trashy, Katie asked me if I wanted her to take them off! Right. After having paid almost 300 for these monstrosities, I should have asked for a refund but I had to take a flight so ran out of there. Price is about average, but the product is just awful.

Or here is a better idea: pick up the phone / reply to text messages like a responsible business owner on a business day.
