That is something that is hard to find in our area.I felt that his exam was incredibly thorough. He was also fun to chat with and seems like a really great person. My time is important too. I understand that things happen to alter schedules and appointments however, why over schedule too many people and make them wait and wait? I walked in & stated to her that I wanted to find a pair of glasses I liked before the appointment. I gave her my insurance information. I found a pair I liked. She got me in for the appointment right then. I walked out empty handed with no glasses because I could not afford anything. Had she let me know ahead of time that I could only select glasses from one small selection of glasses, I would have taken my business elsewhere. She knew what she was doing was not completely honest. This is not a business I would recommend.

They've been really great about everything! I actually ended up buying my frames online from another store and they've still been incredibly friendly and patient about me going in for adjustments and questions while I sorted out issues with the frames (tip: don't buy glasses online!) Prompt, friendly service with zero wait, and everyone from the assistant,to the doc, to the sales people, and manager were friendly and upbeat and took the time to listen. Doc really cares about what he does, ensured he covered all my concerns, and ultimately corrected a botched prescription from the other location that has been causing me issues for over 4 years. Manager Keith and sales rep Matt were very patient as I went over their many options for frames and lenses and were not the least bit pushy, and offered solutions that met my needs. They also fixed my fiancé's loose frames that weren't even bought there (he says thank you, they fit great now!). I waited around and looked at the different eyewear options for 5-10 minutes before he checked in on me. He happily agreed to fix my frames at no change! It took him less than 60 seconds and I was out of there! The interior is definitely a bit dated and will give you a small town vibe but I got what I needed so I'm happy I stopped in.
