He just kept ordering eye drops and not getting to the root of the problem or referring to a specialist. My son called and said his eye was so swollen and inflamed and painfully he needed to be seen. He gave him an appointment a week later. Within that time he ended up going to ER. They gave him oral antibiotics and a steroid shot and f/u with his eye doctor on his appointment. When we got to the appointment he cancelled his appointment while we were standing at the window. And why? Because he was having a bad day! If it was an emergency surgery we could understand but not because of a bad day. If we cancel we have to pay a cancellation fee. The receptionist called him and he refused to answer his phone! Totally unprofessional!! His last appointment he had told him use the eye drops and call him in a year. What!!! I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have never seen this type of behavior from any doctor. Would not recommend anyone going to him. If you can't fix the problem refer your patient to someone who can!!!..."0" STARS !!!

Due to COVID, you need to be escorted around and any glasses that you touch need to be cleaned. She was very attentive and polite. Overall experience was great.
