One of the times I got lucky and it was only a little over 2 hours. I've been here when the waiting room is full and when it only has a few people waiting and I've learned it doesn't matter. You will still wait 3 hours. Imagine a doctors office that is run by BMV workers then add a few TSA workers and you might have an idea of how long you're going spend here.

We have been patients of eyecare associates for 38 years. Today my son needed a repair on his…read moreeyeglasses. He had to leave work to go only to be told he wasn't allowed in the building. That's fine with covid, we understand but the manner in which this was handled was totally unacceptable. He had to return to work with no repair done and the eyeglasses cutting his nose. A little history on his condition he had a lot of eye problems in infancy and required corrective surgery. Without eyeglasses he cannot see. We will be leaving eyecare for a more professional office that is willing to help not hinder when there is a problem.

I was told that after my contact fitting I needed to come back to order contacts. Since I was not ordering contacts at that time and my husband totaled our only car, I never made it back to the office. After nearly three months I called to try and get my prescription and wAs told my exam was no longer valid. She said they had an office policy while rudely interrupting me and telling me there was nothing she could do. I was trying to explain my situation that obviously I was on Medicaid I had very little income and no car; and she basically is taking my 45$ that I couldn't afford in the first place! I asked her why if this was a policy I was never informed of it, why didn't I sign something stating this policy... She said again I do not know what to tell you! This office is completely heartless and has no empathy for their consumers! I have also been there at their previous location so I was not a NEW customer! I am outraged at the disrespect of the office manager "Mimi" who says she understand there was extenuating circumstances however she cut me off and didn't even hear me out about my circumstances! This is just complete disregard for human compassion!!!
