Scheduling the appointment is done through text messages. The website is misleading as it appears you can book an appointment at a wide range of time slots; however those times are not true to the owner's availability. The website also does not allow you to book the touch-up, and those appointments must also be arranged via text. Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case. Overall, due to the lack of communication, scheduling difficulties, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend wasting time or money on this business! There are many other options in the area that I think would provide better service.
