The two mechanics I encountered were kind, patient, and thorough. These guys more than met my expectations. They charged exactly what they quoted me and checked under the hood (belts, fluids) for free. When I spoke with the main mechanic (Mike, I think his name is) on the phone, he was patient, didn't rush through the conversation, and explained what he thought the problem could be; he also gave a timeline for how long it could take -- a REALISTIC timeline that he met.
