This locally owned business will be on your right long before you reach the business district in Titusville, hence the reference "Country Store". This small semblance to a Mom and Pop ole time grocery store is attractive and if you sometimes yearn for that feeling you may have experienced as a kid this may be a partial cure. There absolutely nothing nostalgic here unless you love the sound of an outdated gas pump clicking off the gallons or you miss the aromas of an old fashion bait shop in the vicinity of those last minute grocery items you forgot to grab at Publix. I guess I could of made the few extra miles to Titusville and found a large corporate franchise to fill my tank but this small store's gas prices were competitive and the profits here probably will make a profound impact on the lives of the local business owner, instead of being divvied up amongst an obscured collaborate of corporate executives on Wall Street - 4/24/16 - $1.999 per gallon there's no price gouging going on here.

I drove up about a mile or so further and I came across this Sunoco in an Exxon. Both of these gas stations were at least a dime cheaper per gallon. The Sunoco looks the cleaner and more modern of the two, so I opted for that gas station. The inside has the usual convenience store items and the clerk was friendly and professional. They also had a few games inside. The gas station is located on the corner of Garden Street and Park Avenue, as I said not far from Interstate 95. I would definitely recommend this gas station. I would also recommend get further if you are getting off the highway to drive a little bit further up the road and save at least a dime a gallon on gasoline.

It was $2.62 per at the time of pumpage which was a total rip compared to the nickel a gallon cheaper gas across the road at the BP or the twelve cents a gallon less I was paying at Wawa an hour north in the Daytona area. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No runs, no hits and no errors. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? The station is right off of 95 and as long as you're heading east you should be in good shape. At least when I was done pumping here a turn to head back to 95 wasn't happening unless I wanted to cause a homicide due to the heavy westbound traffic. Human intervention needed? Thankfully no, but the price was whack which makes this place a no-go in my book.

First big decision of the day Shell on the right side of the road BP on the left side. BP's advertised price $3.179 per gallon Shell's advertised price $3.249 per gallon it's not a tough decision I always pick Shell my truck prefers it and it's simple math 20 gallon x .07 = $1.40 more for the preferred brand I get 1.5 miles to the gallon more running Shell so it's a no brainer that 40 miles for $1.40 differential. As I creeped up to the pump I notice several men standing outside of the door of the station while I tended the pump a few more gentlemen appeared just my luck no receipt at the pump so I have to navigate the crowd to enter the business. This is when I realized this was a morning ritual at this small unassuming business, it's coffee and fellowship time at the local Shell station not only did they greet me and hold the door open while I entered they offered fresh coffee. This turned out to be a great choice great customer service easy access. Sometimes when you think you've made a mistake actually it may just be that you've had a mistaken thought.
