There's a Subway attached if you're wanting to grab lunch on the road. The bathrooms are clean. I didn't realize when I pulled up, but the primary business of this store is selling lottery tickets. Of the 8 other people in the line, I was the only one who didn't buy lottery tickets. Based on the number of Alabama tags in the parking lot, I guess people drive over the state line just to come here. Folks were getting $100s of dollars worth of tickets and then scratching them at tables set up just for that. Seriously, the ticket scratch off tables take up more room than the snack shelves. Because people are superstitious about getting the exact right numbers and tickets, the check out lines move very slowly. The cashiers are friendly. If you're in a hurry, maybe go somewhere else. If you need lottery tickets, this is your place.

And it's even more so when I subtract the 10 cents per gallon for scanning the Love's app. The parking area was tidy and inside, the coffee station was well stocked. Super easy to pick a fresh cup and get a brewed-to-order coffee (second of the day) which I fixed up the way I like it. Oh, and even tastier since it was my 7th cup on the Love's app and therefore free. Free coffee? I'm a fan. The only minus today was that the men's room was a bit untidy and not fully stocked. So I decided to drive 30 miles out of my way to lithia springs location on my day off- im a nurse, and those days off come sparingly. I get to the shop and I'm sitting there for about 15 minutes before someone even greets me to break the bad news that they do not have the correct glass in shop. So an hour and a half in the car, time wasted, gas wasted, which isn't cheap. They reschedule me to a mobile app two days later. They never tell me that the glass that's needed for my car is going to be an additional 377 bucks on top of the 508 I've already paid. So today, I wait around from 12-3 finally a union city technician comes. Tells me I still owe 377. I told him I called 1800 8514527 to clarify that I'm paid in full- the customer service line indeed says I do not owe additional. They technician and their manager or shop lead- Alexis- says they can't do the work unless I pay the 377. I say absolutely not, and I need a managers number. I will be telling all of my friends and family to use local business and to never use safelite again. They wasted three of my off days, and I had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. And now I have to still deal with having a broken windshield until I figure out where to do service with. It certainly won't be here
