I usually come here for auto inspections. The place isn't the prettiest in the world, but they have been fairly friendly to me. I think the best part is that it's pretty quick. I'd definitely give another star if they were a bit warmer in their interactions. read more

Doesn't even deserve the one star. I went in for a State Inspection sticker and the Black Cashier was extremely rude. Despite being nice and pleasant to her, she continued to display her horrible attitude. Regardless, I didn't let her misery rub off on me, as it her treatment towards me will be sent right back to her. However, this will be my last time visiting this establishment, it doesn't seem to have much business anyway. I wish I would have read the reviews prior and saved myself this trip, but I hope my experience is a warning for others. There's better customer service out there from people actually enjoy their jobs. read more

Customer service is Horrible! Stopped into the service station here to see if they could/would patch a tire. Upon walking inside a young employee was in a cussing match with another individual. After waiting for them to finish their argument I asked the head Mechanic if they could fix my tire. He said they would plug it not patch it. That's not what I was looking to have done. I asked if I could put some air in that tire so I could make it down the road. He directed me to the rickety pay air station on the corner, instead of using the air hose he had right there to throw a few pounds of air in a potential paying customer. All in all customer service sucks. read more

Don't go to this station. My credit card got charged a different price than advertised. Manager claimed advertised price is for cash only. This should not happen for an Exxon station! The higher price was not posted. I am even tolerate if it's a local mom and pop station. read more

The claimed owner of this place was very rude. I never had this kind of experience in my life. I went there to get my my truck inspected on 5-3-19 at 11:20 AM. Just looking at my truck he said my windows failed because of the tint. So i wanted to get more information how they fail when its back windows are dark. When i got my windows tinted i told them do the most tint legally in front and back and i got it inspected and it was approved two years ago. The reason im giving them a bad review is not because i failed the inspection its because how extremely rude the owner to me. Their competitor that approved me 10 minutes later told me to report him to State Trooper G and let them know what this guy was doing. From reading from previous reviews im not the only person saying hes rude. I guess alot of people had the same rude experience at this location.I went to another place and they approved me and they said my windows were fine and this guy should of put the device on window before telling me declined. I DONT RECCOMMEND ANYONE GIVING THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESSS. There are plenty of places in shreveport that can do what they do. This was a very bad experience that i wish i have never went to them in first place. I hope the owner is reading this because i told him im going to report him. The lady who does the State inspections is extremely rude! She has an attitude every time I come there. Today when I came in, she was on the phone with a friend. She saw other people driving in and rolled her eyes. I asked her if she would be able to inspect my car with it being a saturday. She got an attitude and said she was the only one here. I said Okay. She said Do you have any suggestions on how I would go about doing it? I asked her if she knew of anyone else close by that can do it and she yelled I was gonna do it....I said okay, but you just asked me for suggestions. I was in a hurry today because I was going out of town. Otherwise, I would have just walked out. She got the clipboard and rolled her eyes. She said she would meet me outside. She did the inspection and put the sticker in. I told her Thank You and she just kept walking. This is very rude customer service! Obviously the owner doesn't care. read more

Veteran's Day,11/11/2019 ,I visited this Exxon for a inspection sticker after leaving the shop on having my brake lights fixed. What a sad place of business, I said to the mechanic that I needed a inspection sticker,then he asks the lady were she still doing them,she got rude because it had rained earlier, but not at the time just a little windy,she got to swinning abt people just don't care ,she may have needed changing or something, because generally females don't act quite like that,she got to be a very miserable person,I took it well,but everytime something like that happens to me,I just think back,and say to myself this is what my service to my country got me,which isn't all that surprising. Let me end by saying Happy Veteran's Day to all my brother's and sister's ,and I wish I could have post this without giving a star at all ,this place don't even deserve one star,oh and by the way it will cost you .07 cent for lifting the gas pump handle,at least it did me. read more
