First and foremost, the location of this one sucks. It is were you have five way intersection going on. It is very confusing to enter/exit. I don't understand why convenient stores don't have a separate public restroom in the first place, but to turn away a child to me is slightly inconsiderate. So her dad had to walk her up to the zoo so she could use the restroom! So if a child is turned away what about someone with a medical condition. And this was not an everyday occurrence that the zoo would be that packed, but maybe on a day that traffic is backed up for over an hour and you are the only restroom to get to maybe show some compassion next time!
