I frequently get gas here because they have a self-serve island…read more The two stars is because their little snack shop area gas has a $20 minimum for credit/ debit cards, so you have to make a withdrawal at their ghetto ATM (with a fee, of course) if you don't have cash. This is doubly annoying because there's a 7-11 a block away with a gas station across from it, so I usually go there if I can. The downside about THAT station is that, although they have a self-service island, you have to pay inside even if you're using a card, making the whole experience a bit slower.

And considering my car still rolls, I suspect the gas is AOK as well. Five fossil fueled stars. My friend in the Tesla will meet us at the restaurant an hour late as soon as he unplugs. Gotta love New Jersey, the only state where you can blow this months rent on a smartphone betting app, score some prescription weed for your "migraines" but topping off your tank by yourself is considered a bridge too far. I drive a 2021 Kia Forte and that $20 should have filled up my tank. Once finished, I paid the attendant and drove off. After a bit I noticed that something was off because I only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I immediately drove back and told the attendant I didn't get $20 worth. He pretended not to understand English so another guy interpreted for him. He said because it's summer it takes longer for the gas to register. Yeah, ok! I've been driving for over 40 years and I know when I've been ripped off. I also know almost to the dollar how much it takes to fill my gas tank. Needless to say, I was angry and immediately drove to the police station and filed a complaint of theft. I contacted Lukoil who naturally denied all responsibility for what had happened. I also contacted NJ State Weights and Measures but I truly don't think the problem was with the pump. BE VERY VIGILANT AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET GAS AT THIS STATION.

The Philadelphia area needs more diesel pumps and this station provided quite a few, back on their…read moreown islands. I don't need that much diesel fuel on a trip, but it's the everyday, brake-and-go traffic that kills the fuel economy. The other day, I got stuck in a traffic backup because of 3 bank robbers and I was diverted from going down State Road 320 to taking Wynnewood, is it? I remember taking that as an alternative when I lived in the area and coming out around Narberth, and crossing somewhere, ending up in Havertown. Well, not that day, and I ended up wasting a lot of fuel mostly sitting. In any case, on my way out of town, this station was there, and since I don't know the quality of Lukoil (all fuel has minimal stanards, but I don't need surprises for any of 600 miles.) I know Sunoco, good or bad. The pump worked fine from card to fill to receipt. I didn't have an A+ card, so no rewards (oh, that's where the AM/PM went, to A+) so it just took my bank card. It even returned it to me. The one thing that was bad was that there was diesel fuel all over the pump. I didn't see any paper towels, but maybe I missed them. It seemed just to be pumps only back there but there were plenty of them. They weren't terribly high on price but that's because they're all kind of high on price, don't you think?
