And then he repeated it again as he shoved passed me. Extremely rude service at this location and even worse management, Jadine afterwards went around talking bad on me to her family and other ex employees saying that I was the one who "came in and started problems" Jadine picks favorites and treats everyone else disrespectfully as well as talks bad about employees to other employees, including talking about firing people behind their backs. When the company LV took over TravelCenters of America, Jadine was very vocal about not liking any of the people, as well as texted me many times while the new people were standing right next to us, throwing insults and slurs about how bad of people they are and I have texts to back it up. This place needs new management, and definitely new employees because they are not respectful to their customers. On many occasions I've seen the manager and other employees treat truckers who don't speak the best English, or just people having a hard time understanding, extremely rudely, I've seen them get cussed out, and kicked out of the store.

The staff is friendly and their prices are pretty reasonable for being a small little store. I used the restroom while stopping there yesterday and it was clean, so no complaints there. They have a big parking lot with plenty of grassy areas to let your dog out to do its thing if you are traveling. The store could use a little updating but other than that, it's a great place to stop, gas up, stretch your legs, and stock up on snacks and drinks for the road.
