Not that it is impossible to get the change from the till......it is, and she even said that it was. This was just policy. Are you joking me? I understand there is a homeless camp close and you are being biast and hateful to the less fortunate by not giving out change to them. However lets just take your hate reason away for not giving change to people. What about common sense? What abouut being good to the customer that just bought a bunch of useless crap and gas from you? Instead of being nice and amiable to me when i complained, you tell me to never come back. Great business ladys, great business. The old hag and her fat side kick ought to get fired.....because we are bringing our familys business to a totally different gas station.

In my experience they've always been thorough and scrupulously honest. They've never told me something was broken that wasn't and more often than not, they've told me that something I was worried was broken, in fact wasn't. Their pricing is fair (not the lowest in town, but certainly competitive with other places. FYI my oil and filter change is $42), and they get the work done on time. A lot of people in town trust these guys so, you may have to wait a day or two for major last minute work, but they've always been able to squeeze me in same day for a 30min to an hour job. The only thing people seem to be uneasy with is the owner's moods. He's already got an acerbic sense of humor and sometimes he can be a bit short/curt maybe even rude (depending on your expectations). Not a bubbling friendly super positive guy, but hey, he gets the job done well and he's quite honest.

The cost of fuel can be tens of cents cheaper than the name brands, and you still get Top Tier Gas (all the detergent additives). The one time I had an issue they were really quick to respond. My card wasn't working at the pump, but they were knowledgeable and said that they sometimes (as in your bank) require a minimum balance. That made it really easy. Also, be kind about the mask thing. It isn't their fault. Don't be pathetic by complaining or being rude. That's a good way to get thrown out. They aren't your punching bag. Leave them alone and respectfully wear one. They have to wear one their whole shift, folks.
