It is. I grew up in co-ops and feed stores (the "feed store" is next door) and so I wanted to go in and wander around, maybe pick up a souvenir. The first thing I Noticed is it smelled nothing like I recalled - no wonderful leather tack smell. Maybe because so much is synthetic now. The second thing I noticed, in disappointment, was how expensive everything was. Like, really expensive. I thought, maybe I can get a child's lasso? $50 and the theme of lassoes nowadays, or at least here, seems to be glow-in-the-dark and bright colors for showtime (I guess?). The third thing I noticed was that even though I wandered the ENTIRE STORE, not a single employee said hello to me. What a disappointment in so many ways.

How can a business owner let their property go to hell like this? Let alone one of the first stations off the reserve exit so plenty of tourists get a nasty welcoming. I come to Missoula about 5x a year and I will certainly avoid. Now I see why I always use the station up the road a couple hundred yards.

The cost of fuel can be tens of cents cheaper than the name brands, and you still get Top Tier Gas (all the detergent additives). Add to the fact that many of the costco gas stations (outside major metropolitan areas & all california) tend not to have lines. Sometimes off the beaten path, but saving several dollars per fill up is A-OK by me !!!!

Product pricing is expensive. The gas was not that great as far as quality goes. There is a fair-sized parking lot for travelers, which can be helpful. The McDonald's next door is a food and health hazard. Enter at your own very high risk. Also, there are racist passersby who exhibit state-level, institutionalized, mentally unstable behavior. During one of my family's travel-stop visits, my nephew caught a bug, became sick, and vomited. I opened my car door so he could throw up, and while I was comforting him, an older white woman began yelling at me and demanding to know what was going on. She behaved as though she were entitled to an explanation and projected racist, hate-driven behavior toward me and my young nephew. She then proceeded to call the police and sheriff's deputies, who surrounded my vehicle on all sides. They began screaming, banging on the vehicle, and harassing both me and my nephew. He was rightfully terrified, and we were both left frightened and traumatized by the aggression, intimidation tactics, and violence displayed by every individual who participated.
