Generally speaking, the prices for almost everything inside are about 20% higher than you'd pay at an urban supermarket. I experienced some fairly phenomenal service from one of the employees (Kim?), who went above and beyond to find a product for me. There's even a fueling station attached to the store. It sells both gasoline and diesel fuel. It's certainly handy to have such a place in rural, northeastern Arkansas.
