Drive a little further down the road to exon where the gas pumps work and you don't want to throw your shoes away after using the restroom

Room for maybe 25 trucks: parking lot dirt & concrete. In very poor repair. Potholes you can lose an axle in. Today they are filled with water and mud washing through the fuel islands. Last night I had to make sure, very slow movement, due to the size and depth of some of the potholes. They have dipped icecream and what looks like a decent selection of fried food items. Women's restroom, plunger nearby & 1 out of 3 actually flush appropriately. Staff pleasant. . read more

We are still looking for our beloved boy (cat) Bean. His brother Jack was Luckily found in Junction, TX where his transporter dumped them, (animal cruelty). You know I usually can't stand Shell Station's.. My experience has been that they are very dirty, and not cared for. Which makes the user experience really bad! This Shell Truck stop was better then bad, and could use some tender loving care, but was a nice surprise compared to some Shell Stations I have been in! The staff I dealt with was very nice and the store was fairly clean! If you need to stop for gas, or a Diet Coke this is an ok spot to do so. It wont be the best you have even been in, but also is far better then the worst! read more

This place is dirty and no soap in the men's bathroom. I asked for eggs and bacon for breakfast at 6:30 am and was told that the cook will be starting to cook lunch so I took that as a no.I could not get bacon and eggs at 6:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning. The person told me that McDonald's and Huddle House were down the street. I will never stop by this Shell truck stop again and will pass this experience on. read more

Absolutely horrible service! Completely rude!!! Please rehire or demote!! She let someone cut in front of me and said NOTHING!!!!

Refused my service animal even with proper paperwork on my phone pulled up through my medical portal. The man was extremely rude and refused to even look at it. Y'all need to teach your employees how to respectfully talk to and accommodate people with disabilities. Disgusting behavior. read more

This is the lesser of two places to get gas and use the rest room on your way north or south off of I-55. On a recent trip to Memphis we stopped here, the gas was cheap enough, the bathrooms less than pristine. The Exxon station across the street is nasty for sure. read more

The bathrooms were not too bad. They were pretty clean. They have been beat up a little. 4 stalls which was good since there were a number of us girls traveling together. Gas price was high. Higher than the gas station 12 miles down the road. Price difference of .14. The employees were friendly and they have fried chicken and pizza if you are hungry. The 4 stars were because of the huge price difference. read more

Excellent place to go to the restroom. There's also a baskin Robbins and fresh baked cookies. Didn't try anything but the place is great as far as selection of snacks, cost of gas, cleanliness, etc! read more

Women's restroom had paper on the floor, water on the sink, and some of the toilets weren't flushed. Still, it didn't smell, the main store was fairly clean, & the location is right off the highway. read more

Paper all over the bathroom. One tiny sauce for a 3 piece chicken strip meal and rude attendants that act like the sauce comes out of there paychecks, yet getting paid to gossip about their lives. Don't stop unless you have to. read more

Definitely not the worst gas station I've ever visited. It was relatively clean, the bathroom was passable, but it was the slowest pumping gas I have ever witnessed. Everyone one of us in our six person family went to the bathroom and bought something and it still was not finished pumping (I have a 30 gallon tank, but still). read more

If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. 3 of the 4 ladies working were so rude and nasty. My 12 year old daughter asked one a question and the lady had such a nasty response that she made my daughter cry! The food was horrible and the 3 ladies had such horrible attitudes to everyone! Will never be stopping here again! read more
