The first time…read moredidn't have much issues except a super long wait but the cashier gave me my oil change for free. We came the second time to use the free Groupon voucher since our last one was free, oil change technician put full synthetic without approving with us first and had to pay that difference, not really a big deal. I bought another Groupon and have been trying to use it but on the days I can do it they seem to have their oil change technicians leave early or something else has come up. I called early again on Saturday (normally the only day I can go) to see if I can make an appointment after work they said as long as you came come before 4pm we can see you. I show up at 4:04PM and they turn me down stating they are now an hour behind and cannot see me. I asked what time their other locations close they call to the one on Sudley and he states there's an oil change technician there but manager is in the bathroom so go there and try. I arrived to the one on Sudley at 4:30PM turns out they closed at 4pm. Very frustrating. I won't be buying another Groupon from them unfortunately.
