As I entered the store I was returning an item and did not have a bag. When I walked in store with the item Abram assured me it was okay to proceed to line. I wanted to make sure there was no suspicious activity of stealing due to no bag of entering store and getting in line. As I proceeded to cash register ABRAM greeted me with a smile, completed the return in which I had a receipt and made sure all of my needs were met. Got in line at the drive-thru prior to closing. When I pulled up to the window, they had the 'Pharmacist Not on Duty' sign in the window. As I waited at the window, an employee quickly peeks her head around to see if I was still there. Why not engage with me the first moment you saw me instead of hiding and hoping I would leave? After 5 more minutes, a different employee comes to tell me they are closed. I told her I was in line prior to closing and she said 'the system automatically shuts down at closing time.' When I asked if I could even check to see if my medication was ready, she said she couldn't because the system had already shut down. If it does automatically shut down at closing as stated, then a lot of people would not be able to complete the transaction they are in the middle of, or service people who were in line prior to closing. If that is true, then they should post that. The rest of my family had to switch to HEB pharmacy because of my wife's insurance. I will be check my insurance to see if switching there is a possibility. They are always kind and helpful.

Located in Katy way out in the middle of nowhere is this useful little convenience store where you can get a little bit of everything. We've been hit on twice in this store or outside it, which was fun. We've obviously been here on a number of occasions when doing bubble tea tours of Katy. Sure, the prices are not cheap - but we're still glad that it's here.

On the floor, no toilet paper no paper towels, worse than a cat mechanic shop. JEESH, I hate to be harsh but Katy is an expensive upscale area and they are the only Closest brand name gas in all of old town Katy, I hate that I don't have a safe place that's clean. It has pretty average gas prices as far as Katy goes and it's not bad at all. It seems brand new and there is plenty of gas and enough convenience store items here to go round.
