The employees are some of the nicest that I've met in a job that can be highly stressful. Vee is a young Indian girl who has always been cheerful and friendly. Amanda is another young lady who is always cheerful and she also provides excellent customer service. Not many places will remember your name these days much less ask about your day. The folks here do and they make you feel like family. I come here mainly for bags of ice for my cooler and occasionally for slices of pizza. It's not Papa John's or Domino's it's more like the pizza that was offered in schools when you were a kid. But it's warm and hits the spot for lunch or dinner. It can't be beat price wise either. You can get a full pizza for $5.50. It also sells mobil branded gas and has a diesel pump which makes it popular with a lot of truckers. There's easy access to Reames Rd and Harris Blvd., and they're open early and late.

I usually get my gas from other stations in the greater West WT Harris Blvd/Mt. Holly-Huntersville area. I had gotten lower octane (89) gas from this store with no issues in the past. I decided not to fill my tank to capacity. The 93 octane has my engine knocking so badly that the Check Engine Light is on now. The car runs like I put 87 octane in it! I had heard from others to not get gas from this station. I am now very concerned about engine damage! I will have to add octane booster/gas treatment to hopefully resolve the issue. If not, I will pump it out to make sure that my car runs like it used to do.

Every time that I've gone in, I've never had an issue and I've always found what I've needed. The cashier/checkout staff has always been friendly and accommodating when needed. Inside the 7-Eleven, there is a plentiful supply of items that you may need. There is a coffee station, Slurpee machine, foods, beverage items (soft drinks, water, beer and wine), snacks and many other items. Inside there is also an ATM machine that can be utilized in if needed. It is one of the better 7-Eleven convenience stores that I've been in, so that's a plus for sure. If you need more extensive items, this location is close by a variety of other stores such as grocery and restaurants.
