I stood their waiting for my 9 cents when the cashier began helping the next customer.(the automated change dispenser failed to dispense 9 cents) I Asked the cashier where my change was when she replied that there were no pennies. I stated that would be fine but at the very least I should have received a nickle. At this point she apologized and began fiddling around with the closed register. This is the second time this has happened in as many visits. Businesses are getting very comfortable using the discontinued use of pennies to their advantage. The cashier has to know the automatic change dispenser is not working properly when she doesn't hear the change being dispensed. Count your change people.

Gas isn't particularly cheap compared to other places, The Subway workers have displaced their own sense of failure towards the customers, doing little power plays to make sure the customers know that the subway workers hate themm i only know because i was stranded at the had station for about 4 hours. My debit card is with a smaller bank, which went offline, leaving me with no way to directly/immediately access my money. So i got to observe all of this while waiting for a friend to drive ththree hours to come bring a debit card since this gas station was entirely unhelpful, saying that their card imprinter was broken, that they couldn't do a credit transaction over the phone. They dint have any modern technology like Google wallet or PayPal, so i couldn't use my phone to pay, they wouldn't even let me buy something for q worker on amazon for $40 in exchange for them covering me. Which i understand, because i could be a scam artist, and they're not obligated to di anything for anyone that doesn't involve direct and immediate profit for the company. That said, harassing customers until they leave the store and then demanding apologies from each other for being so rude to the customers is a level of creepy inbreeding I'm not really used to seeing displayed in a supposedly professional work environment. This Xtra Mart conveince store is attached to the Sunoco gas station right off the highway. Its…read morepretty strange since there is a Xtra Mart about 1/2 a mile down the road with another convience store, but I guess thats just how it is. They used to have a Taco Bell there until about 5 years ago when that before "Taco Xtra." I am really excited now though because they just closed that down and a Dunkin Donuts is opening there next month!
