Earlier in the week I called and made an appointment for rotate & balance. I arrived early and within minutes of parking, a service technician (Angel) came out to greet me and check me in. He conducted an inspection and informed me of the approximate wait time. The lobby waiting area is bigger and comfortable while you wait. They do have complimentary water for customers. They also have a dedicated line for tire pressure lights.
