Great Staff here that are always willing to keep their customers happy and that's just not seen anymore in this day and age. I mean they clean my windshield without me even asking. She told me to come Sunday after 8 am to Pick it up but I had to drive it so computer registers it and come back on Friday. When I went to pick my car up with all paperwork such as insurance and registration and proof of title it was not there. The nice kid working in Sunday am said I'm sorry but we gave your paperwork to someone else. I said huh, that has all my info on it. I said is someone bringing it back. I called Pam 10 times and never responded or text me back to help solve it. I had to take the other guys paperwork and call him to see if he had my info. Needless to say they had his wrong number so I then had to find it on my own. I called the guy who took my info and asked if I can get it. The service station and Pam never called me to try to help or solve thier error. I won't be going there again with how careless they were. Anyone could have taken my info and car title.
