It doesn't matter what brand vehicle you purchase... All of the service departments are horrible to deal with. Today we go for an oil change. There are no cars waiting or in the bay. There are 25 minutes before they close and it never takes close to 25 minutes for my oil change. They close at 6pm. We're told there's not enough time and they can't do it. We get back home (to Wyoming not right in WB) before 6pm. And there wasn't enough time? If closing is going to be at 5:30pm then state that on your site and on Google instead of having closing time at 6pm. Or find employees who actually want to work. Just another reason we won't be going back to Motorworld. After seeing the kind of customer service and excellent employees that Blaise Alexander Hazelton has to offer we know what we shouldn't deal with. They saw me immediately for a dashboard light issue when Motorworld said it would be months before they could schedule me. And this is after myself and my family have purchased a total of 6 new vehicles from them over the years. They don't care and never will.
