They do at least have a propane exchange in case you need a tank for your gas grill. The store appears fairly clean and well run. It's definitely a good stop on your morning commute into Austin.

What makes this Texaco a little more special than others is the fact that it does have a fresh kitchen inside that makes great breakfast tacos, fried chicken and catfish along with some other offerings. I stopped in here to purchase six breakfast tacos which were $22. They were made fresh to order, not sitting under a heat lamp. The odd thing I noticed, was the fact they don't have any prices posted. I got them to go, but they do have some tables to sit at inside. They do have a coffee bar, but it's not up to the standards of the latest Quik trip. It's a decent gas station/convenience store with eight pumps, an ATM inside and propane tanks for rent. They have an extensive menu on their fresh kitchen or you can just grab and go with one of their hot items. Lots of candy on display including a large display of jerky. They do have an ice and water machine outside, but I did not spot any propane tanks to rent. Definitely a great spot to stop on your morning commute. 10 photos for better insight included.

They leave the same food under heat lamps all day, so that if you want to buy anything in the late afternoon or evening you are certain to get something rock hard and ruined. They don't bother to keep their soda syrups filled, they sell tea that is literally rotten, and they can't even keep the store open for posted hours because no one wants to work there. Half of the packaged products on their shelves are covered with dust- even their own store brand items. The worst part though is what little staff they have- I guess they just have to take whatever they can get, because they are the worst, rudest, least helpful people I have ever dealt with. They are petty and have terrible attitudes, they pretend to enforce "the law" but even their own signage proves that is a lie. Sending someone who is clearly over 40- therefore, doesn't need to be carded- back to their car in the rain for ID is a childish move by a hateful person who wants to use their job to spread their misery. I'll be glad when this place finally shuts down.
