I am a very meticulous commercial Handyman (in many areas) and only go by word of mouth for job recommendations. Most contractors don't get to come back for projects out of my range. Collins always gets 1st choice. I have read the (very old) posted review complaints and as a contractor myself, there are initial recommendations made that don't always pan out, because they are based on similar experience, but we don't have X-Ray vision, so sometimes the initial ideas don't work out.
