They had a shorter lead time to install a new motor so we went with them as they said we could have the boat by July 4rth. It is now July 10th and it was supposed to be done at noon so we drove two hours from Gillette to get it. Get there at 12:30 and still not done. This place is an embarrassment, unprofessional, they can't seem to track their own parts coming in. Avoid them like the plague, the lady behind the counter has terrible customer service skills. They did a complete go-over of my 1971 Reinel, including finding parts for the out drive, a near impossible task. Price was reasonable and they kept detailed records of the work. And when I called, I always got prompt, polite and friendly service. I highly recommend them! read more

Waited a month to get my boat in. Then was charged $422 for an oil change. None of the other issues I was having were addressed. Took them over a week to get to it after I dropped it off. When I called to check on it they were very rude. I will never go back. I will also make sure as many ppl as possible knows what awful customer service I received. read more

We purchased a Hewitt hydraulic lift from Extreme Performance and it was a terrible decision. Richard, the owner, installed it and we have had nothing but trouble with it since. Not only did he not properly install or modify the lift, his service after the sale is non-existent. We have been on our own to figure out what has gone wrong and fix it. Do yourself a favor - if you are planning on spending this kind of money to protect the investment you have in your boat go to someone who has enough experience to do the job and enough sense and humility to fix things when they go wrong.
