Especially in times like these, it's nice to know that Brightside counseling is committed to helping people talk through their problems and offer suggestions on how to manage through situations and obstacles in day to day life. He is a very understanding no nonsense kind of doctor. I am a very strong personality so I need someone who can call me out and bring me back down to earth. He has a keen knack for reading people and working off of that. It has been an eye opening experience and he helps me see things in a way I wouldn't have seen it before. Unfortunately he is in partial retirement, but I have noticed his practice has a steady flow of clients. My daughter and husband see Dr. Sandra Reinhold and they have had a lot of success with her as well. She is compassionate, observant and gives her patients a direction to help attain their goals in therapy and be more successful and overcome their issues. I have gone in a few family sessions with her and have been thoroughly impressed with her approach. This group has really helped me and my family work towards healing after a long and hard road. I am blessed to have them in my life to assist and guide me when I feel helpless or can't find my own way. They also do trauma therapy and work with all sorts of cases and issues. Not sure if they are still taking patients, but either way they will be able to direct you in the right direction. They are knowledgeable, experienced and connected.

I have been trying all week to renew my prescription for a statin I have been taking for over 20…read moreyears. I've never had a problem. Now, my request for a prescription renewal has been denied twice. So, I called my doctor's office number and was sent to a general Endeavor call center. The lady informed me that my doctor had retired in October 2024. I was not notified of this. I asked who could renew my prescription and was told that there should have been an "on call" doctor, but no more information is available. I asked what I should do and was told "find another primary care physician". Thanks Endeavor. I have seldom experienced such poor communication or service

Hospice and Palliative Care of Buffalo is an incredible organization! The community needs to…read moreunderstand that's there is more to this organization than may be thought on the surface. It's not a place where people come to expire. It's a place that offers so many opportunities to people in need than one may think. It's not all grim. They provide so many services, the community just has to open up and explore. Everyone there is incredible and kind and heart felt. Open up and if you are going through tough times with unique diagnosis, etc Give them a call. The palliative care is wonderful. It's a non for profit. It always helps to donate to a great cause!
